>Resurgence (originally titled “Shin Godzilla” in Japan) will hit U.S. theatrical venues on October 11th with showings running until October 18th. Over 440 theaters have been booked to show the feature, and will begin ticket pre-orders starting September 9th. Funimation has also set a pair of premiere events for Los Angeles and New York on October 3rd and 5th respectively. Notably, the New York premiere will take place just prior to the start of New York Comic-Con.
