Why is it that Japan has arguably the best background for striking (kyokushin karate) and the best grappling for TDD (sumo) yet all the jap MMA fighters are wrestlers or judoka (which is unferior to sumo) and moo tie fighters in kickboxing. Mix kyokushin with sumo = undefeatable. The best heavyweight jap kickboxer was a karate fighter.
