I liked Wu-Tang when I was first getting in to the mid-90s east coast boom-bap. But eventually I moved on to stuff like Mobb Deep, Boot Camp Clik, and a bunch of more obscure artists. It's hard to go back to 36 chambers, it just doesn't do it for me, and neither do any of the solo projects (except for ODB's debut).
They deserve credit for pioneering the sound, but the music itself does not hold up very well.
