Your ego's writing checks your body can't cash. Ghost rider requesting flyby. I feel the need, the need for speed.

Never been through Navy BC, but i can guess that it is a good experience if you're looking into maturing a bit more than your peers.

Haze gray and underway

Didn't get good grades in High School huh?

Grades are fine just want the benefits and travel

Lol. Not even.

It's like elementary and depending on your A school its like middle School. It only starts getting good in C school/fleet. GL faggot.

It's the easiest boot.

You'll be fine.

Running.
Cleaning.
Pushing up.
Pulling up.
Yelling.
Carrying.
You know what it's like.

The only thing that you don't know is the surreal ass feeling.

Are you talking about the surreal ass feeling of your butt cheek after the peanut butter shot cause man

I'm allergic to penicillin. I got to avoid that.

Its in Chicago. Balls hot in summer, titty cold in winter. The anal sex is not compulsory, but it's always a good tool for getting ahead.

I wonder if they make you do boat stuff, or if its just a watered down run around and not be a retard so they weed out the people how cant sit down at a chair and type numbers because that's all they do.

They have a battle stations you have to complete to graduate and it's a fully simulated 12 hour test on a replica ship. From saving man overboards to putting out fires and rigging lines and shit apparently

Negative.

They make you do butt stuff though.

Great Lakes is hot in the summer and frigid during he winter. The first day they keep you up all night getting checked in, and then early in the morning when your tired and confused they put you through the moment of truth. Stay calm too many people fuck up and stand up during that moment . If they had something in your background history your recruiter would have said something so keep your ass in the seat. The barracks are called ships so they try to get you used to living on a ship. You usually spend 80% of the day in the barracks from elearning courses to PT even chow is served in the barracks. No reason to worry about major physical activity or gun training let's be honest you can't run far on a ship and your gun doesn't mean shit when your miles away from land. Have fun while your there you will meet some seriously stupid people.

The stupid people is what irks me.
The kids at meps have been fucking retarded both times I've gone.

I can't join because my spine is ruined

It's a shame

>Not tough enough for Marines?
>Too lazy for Army?
>US NAVY WANTS YOU!

Go to YouTube, look up JT suits, watch his videos

You learn how to fold a towel.

Chair Force here. Boot Camp is just 8 weeks of nothing.

Follow orders, keep out of trouble, and be a team player. Don't be a lone Sup Forumstard.

Is the air force literally just sitting in a chair all day?

Why on Earth is there an even number of men and women there?

Women are goddamn useless.

It's like Army Basic training, but for blatant homosexuals

Yeah, steady work with a pretty nice sum of money at the end of your stint, training, the "I was in the military so you have to respect me" card for the rest of your life, free college and preferential hiring after the fact are all pretty great benefits.

I'm going on as a logistic specialists. What can you guys tell me about that

I'm definitely gonna pull that card when I see it necessary. Literally can't backlash that for anything

I've been in Great lakes for 9 months now. You shouldn't even worry about bootcamp dude. It's literally a joke, US Navy basic training is the easiest shit you will do. What rate did they give you?

Logistic specialists^ like i said above. Not really worried just kinda curious. It was between that or qm or some pack program. Jobs are kinda skim right now but LS seemed chill.

You're going to be working in a warehouse loading crates of shit. If you work really hard and prove you can read, you'll stand there with a clipboard telling other people to move crates of shit.

Logistics specialist is just a fancy name for "that idiot that loads the trucks."

Are you a minority or a female? Because if you aren't, you won't get anywhere. Logistics specialists are predominantly black and/or female. Where usually white males choose technical or combat jobs.

The peanut butter shot gave a kid a seizure when i was in boot

never went coz I can earn a living without being shot at by towelheads

Ahh, okay. LS is the cancer of ships except for OS. I'm guessing you're Filipino too because 99% of all LS are Filipino. LS isn't bad, it's just the people that run supply are just not one with planet earth.

If you didn't do boot camp at Parris Island, you didn't do boot camp.

I wish we got shot at by towelheads in the navy. We just fuck shit up from miles away.

It's not a big deal... after a while you even miss being shot at by Hajis.

The military is for days so you will fit right in op

why is there a Scotland flag on the floor?

Basically a LS is just a fancy name for supply . They combined a few different jobs a few years ago now they call them LS basically you will either end up working as a mailman on the ship or working in supply ordering storing issuing supplies and parts . Not really physically demanding but everyone loves you because you have what they need mail and supplies

That's the Romeo flag. They fly it to represent replenish or a duty ready ship while inport.

I wish lol
I get to spend hours out in ball melting heat/ humidity to tow bombs around in a Japanese jungle, sometimes staying hours after my shift ends. Not the worst thing in the world, but far from whatever chairs that might be out here.

t. 2w031

That's the Mike flag. To represent the ship is stopped.

Nah, I'm 21 and white.
I've heard nothing but good things about the rate. It kinda just seems like a straight forward decent tier job which is kinda what I was aiming for.

>Tell me about navy boot camp Sup Forums

This video explains it pretty well.

I like the dirtbag on the right with the shit hanging out of his pocket.

Is corpsman a good job?

HM is only good if you get HMFM, which is basically a field medic for the marines. Other than that it's really shitty because you do nothing and advancement might as well be 0%.

fuck u cunt you're the next coward going to claim PTSD pls go murder more innocent men women and children

I've heard good things about it, or at least I did while I was in tech school with them in Texas (chair force 4N here). The Navy kids there had it waaay better than us during tech school.

Joining the coast guard. What can you boys tell me about coast guard boot camp?

That you should probably be prepared to be the laughing stock of any other branch.

On the flip side, I've heard their basic training is actually pretty tough.

Dude, the tube behind that needle was the size of a soup can

Also
Fuck you. Lucky bitch

Why would I care to be the laughing stock of every other branch when every other branch is basically miserable? The coast guard in general has a better quality of life. Marines leave the marines and come to the coast guard and are happy. Why would I care what retarded military people think of me when they are the ones that can't think for themselves?
What have you heard was hard about it?

Nothing, and that's why people make fun of it.
