Why are people so retarded? There's no such thing as aliens.

That's what a space nigger would say.

Of course there are aliens. You would be retarded not to think so.

Moron.

Proof?

We know incredibly little about our own galaxy, even our own solar system isn't incredibly explored. Now consider that there are estimated 100 billion galaxies in the universe. To not think that there are aliens in them is simply retarded. Dumbasses.

Then why haven't we contacted them/they contacted us yet? Even get a slight visual hint about them?

If the universe is infinite, we can't be the only planet with life on it. The chances of that are so fucking ridiculous.

That said, rednecks and drunks claiming "ah duhn git probed!" is horse shit.

NASA have been spreading alien agenda disinformation since its inception. Of course there is no aliens
All those youtube videos of "EX" area 51 employes coming out are obvious CIA / NSA / NASA Disinformation agents who are paid to keep telling their story over and over

>100 billion galaxies
I believe the current estimate is 200 billion to 2 trillion.

The universe is massive, what if they are only as advanced as us. It means they haven't left their cluster of planet/star yet.
We have only put people on the moon, and a few satellites that flew too far to come back. There are better chances of aliens somewhere in the universe in the thousands of galaxies than your chances of winning the lottery

>thousands of galaxies
>thousands

Unless you know the likelihood of life occurring, you cannot make meaningful statements about its probability based on a sample size of 1.

Assumes the current proposed model of universe and such
without any self proof, your beliefs are no more than a christian believing in god. You are just believing what you have been told to believe .

They could have and we just don't know it. It's a philosophical question, why would they want to? The human race is barbaric, what could a more advanced race, who can travel the stars with ease gain from Earth? When you consider species on earth, everything is prey to something else, therefore the likelihood of an alien race being friendly is quite slim, but again that is all philosophy. When considering the distances between galaxies, it would an incredible feat to do so too, and wit estimates of 700 million trillion planets, it would be like finding a needle in a haystack.

There's a whole subsection in philosophy called epistemology, or the theory of knowledge. In it, philosophers try to reason out what can be truly known based on statements, inferences, and the like. What you're suggesting is utterly false. There's unwarranted belief in something, and then there's reasonable belief in the statements made by a person who has a greater amount of knowledge in the given subject. This is called deferring to authority. It's acceptable, given that NASA scientists are reasonably well educated in the subject, to believe them. This is in stark contrast to religion where there are no scientific methods having been applied.

considering how many stars there is, how many planets there might be, how old universe is and how resilient life is, aliens seem quite possible

I think, given that we are proof that life can occur, and that we're made up of material that is the most commonly found material in star dust, it's safe to assume that there is a chance, even if infinitesimally small. The problem in trying to calculate that would be in figuring out whether we are going to roll the dice per planet, per solar system, or per galaxy. We do not have nearly enough information yet to know whether we are the only life forms in our galaxy, nor even our own solar system. The problem with figuring out whether there's life in our solar system is that there may have been some cross contamination that has been able to move microorganisms between the planets.

That said, statistically speaking, there would likely be hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands of planets with life having occurred on them at some point in time.

Everything you see in the night sky is in our own galaxy. It's everything we see times a trillion.

There might be, but it doesn't matter because shit is so big and we are like in the middle of fucking nowhere probably

After reading this pile of ignorant bullshit, I now know what it feels like to be triggered.

Shit's so big and only getting bigger, you mean.

Glad we have wrapped this up for you. Xxx
