Why get something with a great helm? Later designs were lighter and provided better protection against strikes to the head. Especially from the top. Unless you're going specifically for a Crusader look, and don't care about fighting in it, you would probably be better served with a different set. Even then, there's good chain mail for when Pope Urban wants to roll into Jerusalem with the boys.
