Okay lets set some things straight. First dont use decimals to subdivide inches. Its 3/4 of an inch, Not .8. Second, those things in in the plugs and outlets aren't fuses. They are called a ground fault circuit interrupter. It closes the circuit when the power doesnt make a full loop back to itself. IE its going into you. Fuses blow. You can reset a gfci. Here in the states we put those on the outlet itself so everything you plug in is protected. Not just things with fancy cords. Lastly, if something only has two prongs it means it is internally grounded so you and the device are protected no matter what. It isnt internally "fused." learn how the world works boys. Itll help you in the long run.
