May I suggest trying to save up and do a little bit of travelling? That will help open your eyes to the world, and maybe even help re-discover yourself. Take a gap year off study, do a bit of work, and backpack through some other part of the world. It will change your life.
For now, pop a beer, soda, or whatever you prefer, and enjoy your birthday. It can be as loud or as quiet as a celebration you need.
