Growing up everyone always dreamed about a giant mansion but I always leaned towards a tiny house in the woods or on a lake.

Cold is a good thing. Great view and keeps it colder, fine with me.
Only problem would be if they make it hotter. That should be avoidable with a good design and installation that doesn't face the sun.
