I haven't been able to find it but I don't think I'm looking hard enough. I live in Southern California so I should be able to find them somewhere. Is the taste/texture much different from white or yellow? I have been meaning to try them.

Btw, I have been working on a recipe for salmon tacos, but I am having a bit of trouble finding good toppings for it. Salmon goes good with most normal taco things but its also kind of a sweet meat so putting it with avocado or onions might make the sweetness too strong. Any ideas of what I should go with? Maybe a saltier salsa?
