Heat needs so much trimming. It has so much fat.
So many "character" moments with long establishing shots, and long empty seconds of "look at me act".
Cut president Palmer bits out atleast, no pay off to his story.
If it was just the crime/action scenes + some stuff with the three main's love interests, it'd be a 11/10 movie.
