Imagine normally distributed numbers. You have two groups of them. Even if the two groups do not even differ in the expectation value, you would have different averages of the two groups, because their count is not endless.

White English are the most intellectual by far but they would have had most access to education. White Polish are next smartest but it can be hard to tell through language barriers at times. They are second rudest also.

I was educated in a class where many arabs, turks etc. were in. They totally slowed down classes. Stupid, loud, barbaric, primitive. Most of them also didn't get their college entrance diploma because they were excluded from school for burglary of school properties (such as instruments).
I learned much in the Internet. I also didn't grew up in a well educated family. I did that because I had interest in thinking about things rationally.
