Objectively the best album of the 70's. What even comes close?

Objectively the best album of the 70's. What even comes close?

Here you go buddy.

...

*blocks your path*

...

4pbp

not even his best album of the 70's

...

...

>Objectively the best album of the 70's
How could you have possibly determined that?

not even the best prog electronic album

Low > "Heroes" > station > aladdin> ziggy > DD
just counting the 70s

hello there

Low = "Heroes" > Ziggy > Station > DD > Aladdin

...

Station>Low>Heroes>A Lad Insane>TMWSTW>Ziggy

...

This
Low is a good album (especially the song sound and vision) but station to station is better

*teleports behind you*

...

[insert pink floyd here]
it doesnt take much to be better than low

...

What's yours then, nigger?

Like I listen to albums from a loser decade like the 70s.

This pop album is produced A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENTLY to that one. Fucking masterpiece.

Pfft.

This

What is a good decade then faggot?

low effort b8

k

Try harder please.

The 40s were pretty good

...

Wish You Were Here ?

Another Green Word is better

Took way too fucking long for someone to post this

get on my level

Not even the best Stooges album yet alone the best Iggy album, nowhere close to best of the 70s

beat me to it. Also Lust for Life, the Police, Elton John, AC/DC, The Who, Creedence Clearwater, too much great stuff in the 70s. Every decade has heaps of great music, I love music, don't be such elitists

...

Says someone whos only listened to one 70's album.

...

Low is objectively shit. StS is better and Heroes is his best.

Now for the best album of the 70s that would be Darkness on the Edge of Town or Born to Run.

low isn't even the best bowie record

I would say "Heroes", Hunky Dory, and Ziggy Stardust are all better.

Lots of good albums in this thread, but I'd go with this or Cosmo's Factory.

>Heroes is his best

"I'll see you on the dark side of the moon, bye!"

...

If you can't stand on the run, you don't deserve to listen to the rest of the album

White boi BTFO yet again

True Patrician Music

Objectively correct

Actual correct answer coming through

Of course, yet again Sup Forums shows itself to collectively have an inferior music taste to me.

IT'S A FAMILY AFFAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIRRRR

...

Miles Davis - Bitches Brew
Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV
Can - Ege Bamyasi
Popul Vuh - Hosianna Mantra
imo these all are better

>he actually thought this was a patrician choice
cringe

Anything Pink Floyd released that decade

>best album of the 70's

The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway

yass

The Clash are hated on here because Sup Forums hates any white male guitar band apart from Radiohead. When in reality they are better than most of the shit that gets shilled on here.

The Idiot is better
The clash is trash, the jam is superior. Also go back to Sup Forums stupid fuck

I also prefer The Jam, but The Clash is most definitely not trash. London Calling is a great album, and I also like Combat Rock quite a bit.

lowkey best bowie album

I love low but the 70s was just too good a decade for music.

I love The Jam but Weller can't hold a candle to Strummer and Jones when it comes to songwriting.

a challenger approaches

...

One of the best albums of all time, easily. Even Bowie admired Kraftwerk

this is correct
not even lowkey tbqhfamalam

"Heroes"
Tago Mago
Chairs Missing
The Modern Dance

Literally 3 good songs

David Bowie's for queers.

Also these

>literally 3 good songs

They're all good, which ones are bad

so you like david bowie, user?

...

I agree with OP 100%. If you can ever get yourself a copy of one of the orginal pressings of this album do it. The remasters and re releases do not do it justice cause they lost the master tapes so they had to "remaster" from the old records instead, none of them are very well done.

...

this album rules. sounds like a witch orgy.

good taste
pic related composed in 1971

my boiz

uhhhh

Fucking thisx100

>the first time Red comes on and you're instantly hooked

You're dead to me

top quality comment

>20+ minutes of pretentious nonsensical screams
No thanks
Side A is good though

This.

Bryter Layter over Pink Moon?
Each to their own I guess.

white male guitar bands is like half of what Sup Forums seems to listen to.

>Not even the best Stooges album
Can you elaborate on what you meant by this, user?

...
