nah, he is not a leader guy.
players wont follow him if he became a manager

john terry

Pic related and Lahm

>oi you fucking paki, you call that a tackle?

meme post
surprised no one has posted Zlatan yet

>forever youth coach

This

The burger gets it

Based Moutinho will win Champions League with Porto in the late 2020s

...

Lahm/Neuer/Schweinsteiger. One of those will eventuallly become a decent coach that'll have a shot at Bayern and/or German NT benches, I wonder who.

Lahm

Neuer won't give a fuck about being a coach, and Schweinsteiger will be a meme

too much of a drunkard.

Great coaches are usually (not always, but usually) shit players who had to compensate by studying.

Goalkeepers don't know how to train for real positions

Marchisio, no memes.

Too much ego to be the centre of attention

"Clears throat"

I meant in relevant leagues

"Clears throat once again"

screen cap this!

No need to screencap the obvious, Aquafresh.

Everybody knows that Moutinho will be GOAT of Porto.

After ending his footballer carrer in either Chinaor America, he'll come to Portugal to train the youth of Porto. Then, he'll either train Porto B or some small Portuguese team (Rio Ave, Guimarães, or even Portimonense), with which he'll end in 5th or win the cup.

Then, after a bad season by Porto, he'll become their coach for 3, maybe even 4 years. He will most likely win the win title always on those 4 years, and the Champions League in his final year.

This will lead him to Chelsea, where he win't be that successful, and will be sacked at the end of the year. By then, he may be called by Monaco, winning the title and doing a good campaign in the champions league. After that, he'll go to some Italian club like Milan or Inter or even Roma, winning the title and the Champions League with them, thus becoming their GOAT. That will grant him a chance by Real or Barcelona, or Atlético, where he won't be always winning, but will have a good team that performs good. A third Champions League may occur

Then, its national team time. He will develop Portugal national team well, probably winning an EURO. After that, he'll go to a Russian club, dominating the Russian league

He'll end his coaching carrer in the 2050s, rich as fuck in China

I also meant successful in relevant leagues

I agree. Hopefully he will coach Bayern one day.
Müllel will become an "expert" after his career is over, but a funny one.

>4th in La Liga with Valencia
>not successful

Branko Zebec.

Also Pizarro will probably opt to become a scout instead of a coach whem he retires at age 55.

Bet you would have thought the same about Zidane, Pep or Ancelotti. Not everybody needs to be an alpha maniac in his player career to be a good coach

when you put it like that, Lamps

Evra will be a GOAT coach, screencap this

In an SJW-fascist world, she comes back and gets revenge by reducing Chelsea to rubble, and ending Wenger's managerial career after a touchline scuffle

John Terry will be Chelsea's Roy Keane

>Germans would die for him
Some Germans want to kill him instead. Evens out.

Also what does everyone think of LCIM? He"d make a decent coach, I feel, but I think he wants some peace after his career is over.

MArky wahlberg will not be coaching anything in his life. Unless Bill belichick brings him on to do some assistant work.

>goalie as coach
Lahm is too beta
Schweini is too dumb

Nah, is mostly right.
>Great coaches are usually (not always, but usually) shit players who had to compensate by studying.
This usually means they're CM/DM/CBs...players who had to "read the game"

What knowledge do super skilled attackers like LCIM/Messi/Tsuuu/Zlatan have to make a team better?
>"Just cut inside despite everyone knowing you will, and shoot an impossibly perfect placed shot"
>"Just dribble past everyone like they dont exist"
>"Just be faster, more athletic and better than literally everyone"
>"Just be a fucking giant who is the strongest player on the field, but at the same time, also be flexible enough to do meme taekwondo shit"

Anyway imo solid pick for future coach is pic related

PADOIN

I dont think LCIM knows anything about things like teamspirit, defending tactics, training schemes etc.

What about Zidane?

>le has beard and drinks wine meaning he's going to be a good coach

kek

...

But that's not Pirlo, user

Milan will shitload of silverware under this guy.
Screencap this

>le play casemiro man

Inherited a great attack, strong back 4, and 2 of the 5 best CM's in the world.
Also lucked into some easy CL draws & lowkey shit Barca + Atleti in La Liga desu
Literally all he did was play Casemiro, which even the top minds at Sup Forums knew was the right choice.

Tbf daddy Flo wouldn't have let any other manager (see: washed up fatass Benmemetiz) play Casemiro instead of James.

after leaving ares

...

I can already imagine what his offensive instructions would be

This. Xabi will coach Bayern, Juventus and Barcelona

>when you've only got 15 minutes to talk to your team but you need to spend 10 on the bog

Screencap this

...

screencapping all of this, you guys are gonna look so dumb when I repost these 70 years from now after these people die without having had a great coaching career

Does he really want to take three such difficult jobs? Maybe throw Celtic in too.

He gets criticized alot for being too selfish, but once he gets his technique down, he will win matches alone for his team. Really clutch player to watch out for.

He has said that he doesn´t want to be coach

It's exactly the other way around, though.
Lahm never had a thought in his life that wasn't put into his head by a BILD editor.

Schweini is a much more well rounded individual who was the real captain for Bayern and Germany, the guy his teammates looked to when things didn't go well, but he stood in the background when Lahm started to fulfill his midget power fantasy from ca. 2010 on.

In another timeline Schweini would have been the GOAT Spielführer for Germany and Lahm would have shut his stupid mouth and just played football and fucked off after his career ended. But no, we are yet to see a lot more from this midget faggot.

I just said why they don´t make GOOD coaches

>4th with the 4th best team
wew what a coach

Whoever made this have no idea how people actually age. You don't just get slightly grey areas in your air, theres a whole metamorphosis with the face and skull as you get on.

the 2 best managers in the world have the biggest ego in the world

Conte doesn't have an ego

he was not mentioned by Jamaica

Cech speaks 5 languages, bi implies only 2. English German, Spanish, French, and Czech

Conte is an elite manager who hasn't won the champions league yet, like Simeone. Once they do win it theyll probably think they're hot shit too, because that's probably the only thing left for them to win to steal the limelight away from Pep and Mou

Think Xavi would make a good coach. He'd just be Pep 2.0 with his bullshit press, utopian possession wins games style and tactical naivety, but if he finds GOAT players to carry him to trophies like Pep did he might make something of himself

Wrong

>Iniesta would be Pep 2.0
>Xavi would be Enrique 2.0
>Xabi would be Del Bosque 2.0

>take jewe from serie b back to serie a and completely dominate it at that
>take a dog shit italy to the euro's and in to the quarters only defeated because of a retarded zaza meme pen
>taken chelsea 10 points clear in "le hardest league in le world" after 24 games

He might not be a cup memer, but he's the only coach in the world right now that can guarantee you long-term sucess. Mouyes is a meme that dies in his 3rd season (first in this one le mao), Pep is a fraud, Ancelotti has been exposed, Zidane has inherited the most expensive squad in the world. Point is, Conte offers something no one else can; Passion, attacking football, genuine love for the game, stability, positive press, sensible spending, youth devolpment and finally a fucking lovable personality. Best manager in the world imo

Super mario

You mean...

...him?

Modric

>>take jewe from serie b back to serie a and completely dominate it at that
are you fucking retarded or you actually think that happened?

face it, Conte is a meme who shit his pants whenever the CL anthem starts playing.
His stuff won't make his hair grow back, and won't make his players perform twice a week, even less at CL level.

He'd be wise to go as soon as he clinches the PL

you must be fun at parties

>nobody mentioning esteban cambiasso

>lovable

>antonio ggonte
>lovable

wow

nice reddit post, upvoted

he do be Simeone tier abusing eeryone in the bench

1 - 7

is there a more beautiful man on earth? yes homo

There's no correlation between playing ability and managing ability. 90% of managing is basically just being a good a boss and dealing with egos.

thanks Mr. Zidane for your input

Memes aside, those are a shit ton of variables for Zidane to have lucked out with Madrid. Just because you inherit a good squad doesn't mean you don't have to coach at all to make the team play good.

>Reddit: the player

*cuts inside to win everything*

>>take jewe from serie b back to serie a and completely dominate it at that
Yeah is a real special brand of retard

>>take a dog shit italy to the euro's and in to the quarters only defeated because of a retarded zaza meme pen
let's see
>Doesn't use a 3rd sub
>Subs in a player for the sole purpose of taking penalty
>Clearly picks the wrong guy
This is considered excellent management

>>taken chelsea 10 points clear in "le hardest league in le world" after 24 games
>Inherits a title winning team from year before last that has no midweek games
>Is nowhere near 'le hardest league in le world'

Can't wait to see him finish 3rd in the group stages of CL behind Napoli and Porto next season

Mhm

>2050
>not coaching in the mars league

>Zidane
alpha

>Pep or Ancelotti
agree

>All these wrong opinions ITT

So close yet so fucking far. The real Spanish midfielder who'll turn into a GOAT is actually Arteta. Fits in with a lot of the things you'd want.
Already showed he's good at that at Arsenal and Everton.
Fits this without the negative aspects since he's played at teams that aren't always dominant so knows how to be pragmatic and not just meme posession all the time.
Speaks 7 languages.
Doesn't have a toxic ego.
Was never elite and always willing to move positions to fit what teams wanted of him. Went from a DM to a CM to an AM to a DM in his career.

Also has an excellent eye for youth
squawka.com/news/arsenals-versatile-alex-iwobi-is-an-unusual-talent-says-mikel-arteta/585069

And most importantly, he's a handsome motherfucker who is not a PR nightmare. Willing to put money on him winning one of the big 5 leagues in the next 6 years. Screenshot this

this 'he's shit in Europe' statement seems to be based on him dropping out of a group with Galatasaray in it, while people forget that game on a destroyed pich really should have never happened.

Conte went undefeated with fucking Vucinic and co. up top. Having a good defense will win you a league title sure ,but having a shit attack won't get you very far in Europe. Even ultra defensive teams that won like Inter had oodles of firepower up top.

His best run was quarters in 2013 when he lost to Bayern, who won the whole thing. That's not very bad for having 2 seasons in the UCL as a manager

Mario Balotelli

>May forget english players
How is that bad?

Xabi vs Xavi is going to be the great battle in 10 or 20 years

>tfw you get pirlo as a coach and never have to do warm-up again

One of them will train Poland. We are already above Włochy and Anglia. Wonder how would it be then. Also.
>they were supposed to be /ourguys/ forever now they are gone and Pishchek is all alone

>t. Opressed arab girl married at 14

Undefeated = not losing. Having a shitty attack isn't the end of the world, but still impressive that he managed it. Matri/Elie/Vucinic weren't terrible for them though, but yeah, not great. Like /currentyear/ chelsea, they didn't have to play in Europe.

Rest of the team has a great core: Buffon/BBC defense/Marchisio+Vidal+Pirlo (3 of the 10 best midfielders in the world). That's a insanely talented team. Except for Pirlo they're all still world class.

And his Serie A competition was terrible, they finished just 4pts above Milan who had:
- Ancient fuckers (Abbiati, Gattuso, Seedorf, Van Bommel, Nesta, Inzaghi)
- Shit players (Aqualani, Mexes, Nocerino, Boateng, Cassano, Robinho)
- Good players who were hurt the entire season (Pato, Flamini)
And finally
- Actually good players: Thiago Silva, Zlatan Ibrahimovic. That's it.
And Juve only finished 4 pts clear

TBF TO CONTE: Going undefeated is still hard, I realize that. The Galatasary game was a complete joke, I agree.

BUT: they would have gone through, if they hadn't dropped points to fucking Copenhagen. And getting to QFs vs Munich is good, but they played Celtic in Ro16 to get there. Bottom line is, as soon as he left, the results in Europe started looking much better. Afaik, most Juve fans much prefer Allegri to him. Might be wrong about that though

I see him more in the role of occassional commentator

This.
He'll try it and people will try to dick ride him but he'll be just a meme
