$0, you're paid what you're worth

(OP)

I'll tell you what, she doesn't care about you, she doesn't care about "us", she only cares about the money she gets from you.
She reads texts that her boyfriend wrote, she talks with an anime voice to attract permavirgins like you and shows her ugly face from time to time.
And guess what? She looks like a stereotypical polish jew, like Anne Frank.

She shits out 3-4 videos a week and asks for PayPal donations, yet her videos all have the same content, she's just telling you things you already knew anyway. There's no need for her channel, she's not redpilling anyone, her channel is just a circlejerk for turbonerds who have never seen a woman in real life.

She's like the gurl gamerz but about politics, and you're falling for it.

What does he mean you can't pay your own bills on $10, of course you can. If you get 40 hours a week, your bringing in 1600 a month.

For free.

>mfw worth $0

But user they couldn't buy the new iPhone

a billion trillion

Minimum wage=being able to have a minimum standard of living.

It affords you an apartment, food to eat, and a little left for recreation. In other words it's shit but somewhere to start your way up the ladder.

That's why picking a trade and/or getting an education is important.

Don't forget to deduct those iPhone payments and subscriptions to useless shit

None. The government shouldn't force a business to pay certain wages. If you want to work for 15 dollars an hour doing fuck all at a McDonalds, demand it yourself. Don't like Walmart paying 'shit wages'? Don't work there. Hold out. Organize/Unionize/do whatever instead of choosing to get fucked in the ass then beg the government to help out.

To give the socialist answer, the average income in the United States is $81000 which is $6000 a month which amounts to $37.50 per hour.

So ideally the minimum should be $37.50 per hour with the maximum not being much higher than double at most.

6 million

$12.00 - 12.50 an hour.

Not too high, not too low. Just enough to afford a basic standard of living.

There should not be a min wage

You should be paid what you are worth.

And then when unions are formed conservativitards crack the sads and want them banned

Why don't we just make the minimum wage £34214870973291073247901/hour?

fuck that. I'd be making minimum wage :(

>the average income in the United States is $81000

You wot mate??

This. So much this.

Wtf?

Enough to destroy food for recreation

Your point? I'm not a 'staunch republican'. or anything over here. If your argument is 'well it's one side or the other' then I see your point though.

All the minimum wage does is create unemployment. The higher the minimum wage, the more expensive it is for a firm to hire someone, so they'll hire less people, in very simple terms.

There should be no minimum wage thqh.

And your employer wouldn't give you anymore, this is actually what screwed me at my current job, minimum wage going up in Massachusetts.

>what are taxes

>average income in the US is 81k
WOT M8?!
Source now because you've got one hell of an egg on your face.
7.25 is fine with minimum wage. The problem isn't how much people are being paid it's how many hours they can get. The job market is so over saturated that most people are working multiple part time jobs.

The ideal wage is $0/hour. Wages are none of the government's business.

Minimum? $0/hour
Let the free market decide what your job is worth.

averagesalarysurvey.com/united-states

hes talking before we get fucked by taxes

the thing bernie wants more of

$0 and have UBI + EITC

>average income
>81,000

what the fuck are you even on about

$37.55

Average salary*

>According to the US Census Bureau persons with doctorates in the United States had an average income of roughly $81,400. The average for an advanced degree was $72,824 with men averaging $90,761 and women averaging $50,756 annually.

Just in general the average income is $51k

People at the bottom don't have any money to hold out on and have bills to pay. They often get dealt a terrible hand because they have to accept the work and employers do abuse this frequently.

Here they're even sticking grads on "internships" which should be fully paid jobs, but instead they can give them LESS than minimum wage legally. Of course they still accept this because they have no choice, unemployment is only rising, the jobs available are getting worse AND more competitive.

Employers should have a good level of freedom but it is important that there is a reasonable threshold and without dozens of loopholes.

>tfw got hired at the same time as 3 other people at $12 an hour
>tfw a year later they are making $12.35 and I'm making $14.40
>mfw they really can't figure out its because the contributions I make to the company are FAR more valuable than the contributions they make

Just because we have the same job title doesn't mean you deserve as much as me

First post best post.

Couldn't you work 2 jobs to get to 80h/week?
It would be almost 40k per year at $10, quite nice for a mongoloid with no skills.

>Wanting to remove government legislation that allows unions to enter workplaces and prevents companies from firing union workers.
>wanting unions banned.

Conservatives don't have a problem with people unionizing, they have a problem with the government enabling/favoring Unions through legislation.

If employees want to unionize and strike, and the company want's to lock them out and fire them, the company should be allowed to.

The minimum wage is shit. Hopefully Trump will implement a UBI.

Could it be a coincidence that no devoloped nation has a $0 minimum wage or at the very least a union negotiatied minimum wage?

>Hopefully Trump will implement a UBI.
>Hopefully

b8.

All I'm saying is that it restricts freedoms of businesses and only makes jobs harder to get/hurts small businesses. It's funny when people say they hate big business yet support minimum wage increases. Walmart, McDonalds, etc can very likely keep their profit margins while increasing the minimum wage by increasing prices/downsizing, etc. A smaller business may not be able to keep up and be shut down, creating only more opportunities for a small amount of businesses to grow due to the lack of competition.

>What is the ideal minimum wage?
$0.00
Minimum wage destroys jobs. This is a bad thing.

If you want to help the poor, teach them realistic economics, not wishful-thinking slogans.

$15 in big city chains
$12 in small town chains
$9 for small businesses

Refute this. You can't.

Non existent

Switzerland has a minimum wage of $0

$15/hour is pretty fair Imo

>Christmas Island
what the fuck

Switzerland is based and not shackled to the Euro. So they can do what they want.

>Hong Kong didn't have a minimum wage until 2011. Economic growth slowed on implementation.

>Singapore has no minimum wage.

lmgtfy.com/?q=singapore minimum wage

What does this expression convey?

I'm serious user, I don't trust a liberal to implement a UBI properly.

People in Ethiopia live on $110/y

Liberals will manage.

Please tell me stories of Christmas Island.

Playful smugness. You're being smug, but you're also doing it more kindly than usual smuggery.

This is just smug.

>No. As a matter of national policy, MOM does not prescribe minimum wages for all workers in Singapore, whether local or foreign. Whether wages should increase or decrease is best determined by market demand and supply for labour, skills, capabilities and competency to perform the task.

Sorry but having sweatshops automatically disqualifies you from being a developed nation

Most of us work in the refugee center stopping chinks and Allah akbars from coming to Australia

>apartment

>entertainment
? a tv ? an occasional movie? honestly Minimum wage is not ment to entertain, it is ment to sustain, food and shared roof. this is nothing new.

What's your hourly rate? Are you armed in case the snackbars try to conquer you?

As someone who has worked their fair share of minimum wage jobs, there are really jobs out there that dont deserve to be paid more than $8-9 per hour

29 aud an hour and we have a lots of job opening between 20-50$ an hour

>currently make 13 bucks an hour
>can barely afford rent, bills, insurance and food

doesn't matter if it was 2 dollar more, inflations and cost of living is rising non-stop we're all going to be fucked in 20-30 years anyway. that's why i spend all my spare money on survival equipment.

How much should we pay our future robot overlords?

Is that good or bad? How do emu bucks stack up to other currencies?

About 70% of USD and for every 400 refugee there is 1 guard, riots are daily

all products in aussie land are more expensive than they are in the US.

Do you get into any fights?

Who statrts the most conflict, chinks or kebabs?

Everyone has already roasted you but seriously you are such a major retard. And no, working at a fast food place does not deserve more than $10.

>9 or 10

Bernie is off by a factor of ten.

Hard to tell and I don't work as a protective guard personally

The one set by market forces

If the state is supposed to give you healthcare, education, foodstamps and even a place to live then why would you need a minimal wage at all?

The minimum wage is ideal, what ISNT however, is the fact that every company pays their employees the minimum wage

so in my case, i actually owe people money

Depends on what the welfare level is set at. Min wage must be part of a cohesive structure with welfare to ensure there remains a smooth transition to work/reward for working and getting off welfare. It must also prevent companies using welfare as a subsidy for their min wage employees. Companies usually exploit welfare, allowing them to pay wages that would otherwise be rejected because the workers know they can subsidise their income with welfare.

As for the libertardians that call for the abolition of welfare: welfare is a bribe to keep the desperately poor from turning to criminality. Nations with a welfare system are stable and far more attractive to business because they don't have to operate with the risk of widespread organised crime and general lawlessness. Welfare is a far more cost effective measure than having a massive police force/private security everywhere because coverage can never be total.

Welfare rates should be set as low as possible while retaining its criminality deterrent properties. Min wage should then be set off of this welfare rate.

/Thread

>bribe to keep the desperately poor from turning to criminality
Right to stop them from chimping out. Why not just get rid of them entirely? After all, a sweeping majority are migrants from lower IQ countries.

Remove the tick, and there's no need for more blood flow.

FUCKING RATE M8

6 GORILLION DOLLARS AN HOUR SHOULD BE THE MINIMUM.

Didn't Sowell have an interview about this? Besides being a libertarian retard and a typical cuckservative, he knows his shit when it comes to economic, really enjoyable.

Depends on a state by state basis.

About tree fiddy.

taxes, and what if you arent making 40 hours a week? I get $10 an hour but only get 32 hours a week and so every 2 weeks i get about $500, so about 1k a month.

fpbp

Minimum wage is what people, who are not officemen, who could never contribute anything to humanity ever, are paid.

These people are literally a detriment, and ideally should not exist, but do so anyway, and genociding them would be "wrong", so we have minimum wage.

Still don't understand why people who work in "business" think they are better than this scum though.

11 federally with more depending on the state
