Ahh i wouldn't worry about that too much. Odd as it seems, people like to post in these threads a lot more if someone is claiming the same thing they want to. Even my waifu who went completely unclaimed and uncontested for years drew out someone complaining at me for taking her.

Lol, lucky you to get such a peaceful contender. It's pretty common for people to outright try to fight with people over who gets to post that waifu. On the other side is things like Tomoko where everyone who claims her seems totally fine having the same waifu as like, 3 other people.

Yeah it was really weird, and I'd never 'fight' anyone over them liking the same character, but I've been posting stuff/claiming Minami since late 2010 in forums and other stuff so she's basically become a staple in my online identity
