Here is a fine example of Chinese diapers, as the bare bottom of this Chinese child will attest to, they are nonexistent. Many Chinese cut holes in the rear of the kid's pants so the kids can stop to go to the bathroom right where they stand. In the West this may seem grossly unsanitary ie. some kid walking around with his butt exposed and his junk hanging out, but this is China and it’s normal.
