The Battle of Shipka Pass consisted of four battles that were fought between the Russian Empire, aided by Bulgarian volunteers known as Opalchentsi, and the Ottoman Empire for control over the vital Shipka Pass during the Russo-Turkish War (1877–1878). The crucial moment came in August 1877, when a group of 5,000 Bulgarian and 2,500 Russian troops repulsed an attack against the peak by a nearly 40,000 strong Ottoman army. The Russians and Bulgarians had made a gallant stand. In the final having finished their ammunition, they threw rocks and bodies of fallen comrades to repulse the Ottoman attacks.

Colleen Stan would make for a conceptually interesting film. I mean, similar things have been done numerous times before but it's different when based off a real-life story.

I'd say the Wonderland Murders of 81 but it's been done before with Val Kilmer

I want a better adaptation tbqhfamalamadingdong

The life and disappereance of Richey Edwards.

I got such a boner when I read "Perfect Victim."

Jesus Christ people, reading some fucked up shit in the linked stories

Jesus Christ

>Following the handing down of death sentences to the defendants, the NAACP and Amnesty International campaigned to commute Pierre and Andrews' death sentences.

Richard Ramirez should get a film.

Kingdom of Heaven in India... except the good guys win.

>Cortés decided to conquer Mexico without permission so the governor of Cuba sends a force to arrest him
>Leaves a few dudes to hold down the palace at Tenochtitlan and goes to kick his own countryman's ass
>dude in charge of the garrison thinks he's going to be assassinated so he murders all the aztec nobles and priests during a festival
>entire city revolts
>Cortés comes back with most of the Cuban force now on his side
>tells Moctezuma to go out and appease the mob
>Moctezuma gets killed by either the mob or the spaniards for failing
>Cortés decides to get the fuck out of dodge, has to fight through an entire city and across a tiny, rickety bridge while hundreds of natives in boats harass them
>spanish soldiers and allied natives overloaded themselves with gold and either die to the aztecs or fall off and drown by the hundreds

I wouldn't be surprised if AHS does any of these for their next seasons.

The Gentleman Supremacy

Sonichu

Esoteric Jahanism

Elliot Rodger tbqhf why hasn't it happened yet?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamam_Shud_case

Fuck yeah

>Australian Horror Story: Emu

Make it happen, lads

at the very least AHS should consider this for their next season. I just want an Elliot Rodger film or series done fucking right, they got the manifesto and the 10 some youtube videos for source material already.

who would play him and who would direct? I would actually like to see Refn adapt his story into film and make it like Bronson.

Done in '97.
www.imdb.com/title/tt0120036

Why would it need a movie? It's not an interesting case. All it has going for it is shock value. There's no intriguing investigation, no complicated motives, no clever criminal activity. It would just be torture porn.

actually would be kind of cool seeing Rob Zombie direct a Richard Ramirez film since Ramirez was a claimed Satanist and Satanism is a common thing in his flicks.

well i'll be damned

Apparently it was pretty loose with the facts, though.

isn't this currently a FOX tv show?

Peter Niers would kind of be a cool theme for an AHS season.

it seems like the last season and current one are loosely based on real life events.

And from the wiki page the plot for Peter Niers season would fit it has supernatural elements and it's about a guy who killed over 500 people.

Do it already Ryan Murphy you fucking faggot.

Looks like /x/ has been writing wiki pages again

kind of related since Max Landis is doing a Creepy Pata show, are there any ones that would make good films or seasons of AHS?

>who would play him

With brown contacts of course.

He ruined Dr. Lecter, don't let him ruin this one too.

Anatoly Moskvin could be an interesting film

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakub_(Nation_of_Islam)

I think Erza Miller would make a good fit but at this point I think his getting to old for the role.

he could be good for ramirez too

American Horror Story is a terrible TV show.

AHS is hot garbage, fuck off.

they dindu nuffin they was gud bois

Sternberg's campaign in Mongolia.

Imagine a cross between Lawrence of Arabia and Apocalypse Now, with Kurtz as the protagonist. Plus lots of artsy landscape shots of the bleak Asian steppe, with a spooky soundtrack of distorted Tibetan flutes and bells in the background.

jesus I forgot what that guy's name was, not that I really needed to know again
