LOOK AT THIS POOR FUCKING GUY!!

LOOK AT THIS POOR FUCKING GUY!!

Can we all admit Shaq took it just little too far?

Dude is struggling to stay in the NBA and Shaq is just fucking his shit up.

I feels 4 him.

>Can we all admit Shaq took it just little too far?

Yes. But it's not surprising given Shaq has been pure cancer on TNT for the longest time. It's bad when Charles Barkley doesn't find shitting on GS funny anymore. Over the years, it felt like Chuck would be the first person to get kicked off that show, but now I really hope it's Shaq, because having him lose his shit whenever someone dares to joke with him drains all the fun out of the show; especially when he retort is almost always MUH RINGZ.

>feel bad for this giant 7 foot nigger that makes millions of dollar for standing there and catching a ball to put in a hoop

Didn't he call shaq a coon?

>LOOK AT THIS POOR FUCKING GUY!!
>
>Can we all admit Shaq took it just little too far?

It's not even about feeling sorry for McGee at this point, much more how petty and insecure it makes Shaq look, since it's gotten his far.

For all the time we see the JAVALE MCGEE shit on Shaqtin, one would assume that Shaq took time to meet with the guy and reassure him it was all in fun. Apparently Shaq was legit shitting on the guy for no other reason than he could, which is just a pure asshole move.

>THIS POOR FUCKING GUY

All he had to do was play better and not be such a fuckup on the court then maybe the criticism and jokes would be "too far". Literally had years to improve but didn't, so this shit is on him.

Don't forget Otto Porter was the Shaqtin MVP a few years ago and now the only thing Shaq has to say is how GOOD he is now

The warriors running to Turner Sports and begging them to stop making fun of JaVale is the saddest shit ever and shows how S O F T these guys are

Man up and play better jfc

lol it's odd to me people are unironically defending a meh tier player for paying attention to some dude on a fucking TV show. First of all, this dude had some low fucking tier basketball IQ. He made his own fucking lowlight reel for years.

Secondly, it took for him to be a on a good team for anyone to think he was worth shit.

Lastly, who gives a fuck about what Shaq does. At this point he's an entertainer. If you don't like his "comedy" or don't like him shitting on some role player who never panned out, then keep getting mad cause it's fucking stupid to even care that much.

>Didn't he call shaq a coon?

Considering Shaw has been relentlessly shitting on the guy for years, even when he tried to turn his career around, it was more than justified. Cooning is shitting on your own people for the entertainment of others, which is exactly what the Shaqtin segments became, by the Dr. Strange skit.

>All he had to do was play better and not be such a fuckup on the court

Except the guy has improved since going to GS, to the point Shaq had to go back and get old clips of him fucking up to replay on Shaqtin, which is why the whole ordeal became so ugly so fast.

Warriors got involved after the situation escalated when Shaq threatened McGee after the later told him to fuck off. If it was just jokes and poor performance, you could cite McGee's stint up until going to the Warriors. Now the situation is pathetic on both sides, because Shaq ran his show into the ground to force the McGee joke, whereas the other guy has his mom legit going after Shaq's job over cyberbullying.

Both Shaq and McGee need to fuck off, because the NBA is so shit that this was being played up by the media as being legit beef, when both sides were fucking stupid and no one really benefits from this, since McGee will still be McGee and Shaqtin a Fool will likely be watered down as fuck that Shaq has shown how thin-skinned he is.

Alright you theatricality-deprived children, here's a quick rundown:

>Westbrook-Durant beef an order of magnitude greater than what Silver expected
>Repercussion: both teams lost their regular season games right after they played one another
>Repercussion: Pelican crowd booing 3pt contest champ Eric Gordon everytime he touched the ball, subsequently shooting 4/14 from the arc, it was that effective. This in a reg season, middle of the workweek game
>This cannot be allowed to continue.bmp
>Silver puts out a memo to league media asking for ideas
>Shaw the good company man steps up, intensifies a running joke on a scrub out of nowhere
>Kevin "The Humble Lebron" Durant can now step in protecting his team mate, making him look like a more mature leader who sticks up for the common man
>This narrative now neutralizes any rancor coming from OKC
>Shaw, Durant, and McGee slap asses in private, Silver puts points under their names in the good goy book

Like most of pre-/asp/ Sup Forumsee, I've watched WWE for years, I know how to spot the heels and faces in a narrative

When your as bad as McGee is you need to stfu. Nigga acting like he's good when in reality he's a walking blooper reel

With shit with Lebron and Chuck already, and the NBA turning into the 'No-fun' league, by telling all 32 teams that said teams can no longer talk shit about/tease their opponents after victory, it's likely TNT will either take both Charles Barkley and O'Neil off the show or just turn it into a circle-jerk where no one can say anything negative.

Silver loves the villain narratives though. Durant getting booed out of the arena in OKC while also shitting on them was great for ratings, everyone watched that game. Just like LeBron's first game in Cleveland after joining the Heat. The more drama around Durant, Westbrook, OKC, etc the better for ratings and money.

The problem is that Shaq has been purposely picking on the guy lately (he included the bit when IIRC Curry put up an AWFUL lob for him and he couldn't catch it), and it's not even funny anymore.

To me what's more interesting is why rich, successful athletes feel the need to argue like 4-year olds in the kindergarten sandpit on social media.

It was good television, but it quickly spiralled out of control. This was Silver spinning a counternarrative to keep OKC in their place, keeping control. Before the injury, Durbeta, who would get more airtime based on games played in the playoffs, now had a decent momementum to rebuild a better rep.

>why rich, successful athletes feel the need to argue like 4-year olds in the kindergarten sandpit on social media
theres a reason why giga niggas in the NBA are historically childish; there is no reason for them to ever grow up. by being huge and athletic they are guaranteed at least a somewhat successful career in basketball and they spend their entire lives being catered to. shaw and mcgee have lived their entire lives being able to do and say whatever they want without repercussion because they can catch an alley oop better than anybody else

obviously thats not all big men, there are plenty of Tim Duncans and Pau Gasols, but theres a reason most of the hot heads and manchildren in NBA history are big men. for every Steven Adams you have a DeMarcus Cousins, Andrew Bogut, and a DeAndre Jordan

I'm still shocked at how thoroughly and completely Shaq has destroyed Inside the NBA

that shit is unwatchable now

Fuck him

Need to bring in Webber full time

yeah I guess that makes a lot of sense, still I'm a bit perplexed by this tbqh senpai

>The problem is that Shaq has been purposely picking on the guy lately

Maybe because he called Shaq a coon on twitter, and that's not the first time JaVale publicly got pissy at Shaq for featuring him on SAF.

Like Barkley said the other night, "why can't he take a joke?"

>feeling sorry for millionaire professional athletes
This is how I know you don't have a job.

Mcgee has been playing well though, Shaq has been showing very old bloopers of him for no reason other than to shit on the guy. You see?
