I find its easier just to imagine a mirror image of myself trying to out-do me and get incredibly furious.

I've also had heated and verbally abusive half hour long arguments with myself looking in the mirror before though so I guess its more of a me thing.
tbh I mostly like this because of the lisp and lyrics, but god the lisp tho

ITS UNDERSTANDABLE ,sometimes you can only get good conversation with yourself
Traditional-ish Nordic chants, meant to help you start your day and align yourself with nature and things of that sort.
7/10
Oh yeah, screaming at myself that I will find a way to "stab you out of me" is my favourite kind of convo.
I just thought you was trolling me so i said to myself fuck it.I'm going to listen to all of it and show him!!
You sound like a interesting man
Post music Pussy and then shall you receive your answer
I've had a dream where I fucked and killed a man at the same time, and what I learned is that the strangest thing about being a giant faceless alien monstrosity is having a vagina instead of a penis.

let me suggest a few (link for artist will go below the artist):
nujabes has to go first, obviously, and while he's pretty popular, he's still in need of more exposure.
youtube.com
on the subject of nujabes, one of his mainstays in tracks is shing02, extremely good rapper with refreshing flow. here he is in 2005 performing with the late artist:
youtube.com
another great rapper who needs MUCH more exposure is samsa:
soundcloud.com
the delgatos, bit of an older band, but lots of good tracks:
youtube.com
rob scallon, a beautiful guitarist who knows his shit, very melodic:
youtube.com
my dead girlfriend and shojoskip, really underexposed post-rock bands (pardon the japanese shit):
youtube.com
youtube.com
and if you're more into shit like breakcore or whatever, give goreshit a listen:
youtube.com
6/10 maybe a 7
also real quick, let me clarify, the delgatos are an older band from what i'm used to listening nowadays, while i do really enjoy some more classic rock stuff, i find my taste to be way more modern. not really sure why, but i can get into anything really.

Gillian Welch is a fantastic musician. She's got that world weary voice and those bleak lyrics that I just can't get enough of.
nujabes did he make the intro for Samurai Champloo?
I am an Oregonian. have had intrusive thoughts of a violent and sexual nature triggered by church and the kind of people that go to it since a young age. I was quickly diagnosed with mild autism, clinical depression and anxiety.
My parents studied good dietary practices and loved me despite how difficult I was, but I led the life of a miserable outcast bouncing between schools and meds until I was 17 and started going to a good psychiatrist. I had insane intense and violent dreams leading up to that, starting as young as 5. I left the church and began kinda casually trying to do the norse pagan thing by myself.
I have now actually completely ascended the pyramid of self-actualization and am generally very happy. The intrusive thoughts are still there though, and seeing attractive people from my former church makes me uncomfortably horny. I have also ascended sperg status somehow, capable of talking to people for hours and doing above average. Its possible that talking to Ulysses from Fallout New Vegas made me rethink my evaluations of human contact and lead to this also, which I think is kinda funny.
Wael Meskini - No one Cares
Ballgard - Mirim o Mirim
Tsushimamire - Ebihara Shinji
I have more obscure stuff, some weird others not as much. Actually, most of my library isn't popular music.
yes sir, probably the only "mainstream" tracks he made aside from maybe "Feather".
I couldn't even tell you how I found this song or know of it. But I always come back to it, it's great.

Squid ethics has a lot of great lofi but this is easily my favorite lofi song I've heard to date
youtube.com
A chillhop beat i heard on a mix once, not really into rap that much but this has a great mix of lyrics and beat.
youtube.com
Another song with a slow and sad feel to it, I just like being comfy
youtube.com
Most popular person I'll likely list but I'm really surprised more people don't know about Nahko and Medicine for the People
youtube.com
Brawlers, great garage rock band espically their song 2 minutes
youtube.com
Jeff Touhy is a man with a voice of a god. This is his only really upbeat and fast song though which is a disappointment. That being said this is a hit for the books.
youtube.com
Matt dusk is a man with no bad songs IMO. He brings back that dean martin/frank sinatra vibe but adds a bit of modern pop to it as well for the better. If you listen to nothing else I'd highly recommend this one
youtube.com
Another small garage band that could use some notoriety
youtube.com
I'll end it on MC Sniper a korean artist? One of them asians and is really under aprpeciated, espically this song in particular. Music video is sad man
youtube.com
Don't die thread busy listening to lots of songs before I rate them.
lol ikr
Nahko Bear is pretty cool, i know him from late night youtube scouring but I didnt know he had a whole band and everything
I will never stop talking about how underrated Keaton Henson is. He's the current Elliott Smith. His music just sounds like someone so sad they're perpetually on the edge of tears. Even his music videos are sad AF, for You Dont Know How Lucky You Are it's a woman crying in a field for 4 minutes. Also his music video for Charon is great, it's a puppet that commits suicide a bunch of different ways.
>All I need
Clams casino no where clsoe to obscure
They gained a lot of popularity with their hit I'm god, that being said their other song's probably aren't as known.
Heard the song before but really like it/10
>Spitting venom
Guys voice is way too quite compared to the instruments they overpower him a lot. Why is the song so damn long?
Second part is so much better than the first, song went from generic garage rock to 10/10. Do wish singing was a bit more audible still but great otherwise. Overall 7.5/10 First half is like 5/10 with second have being a 10/10 so math adds up...probably
>Dramamine
That guitar high pitches make me want to murder someone. Once again they have this singing that isn't even audible, whats the point in even adding it in at that point. You have this really chill bass in the background which is ruined by the high pitch guitar notes.
2/10
>Forgive
Now this is right up my alley, reminds me a lot of clams casino in the sound. Though I did wish that sample? Sound clip? whatever didn't repeat over and over, kept expecting a change in tone or rhythm to happen and start the song. Still really comfy and good 7/10
Does he do other stuff? I only know of the band and even then I only heard of the band cause a friend recommended him to me a few years back.
I saw him doing live songs solo as well as with random other people. In hindsight I think he was doing songs that were his bands songs as well as songs of the other people he was performing with live.
This guy is gonna be our generations Tupac.
youtube.com
Good stuff
>Wael Meskini - No one Cares
Now this man has a god damn voice. Sure half the song is in a language that i'm not even sure of what it is, but I've always had a thing for songs that mix in english with another foreign language. 10/10
>Ballgard - Mirim o Mirim
If you took red hot chilli peppers, through it through google translate and had some foreigner sing it it'd sound exactly like this.
Not too bad 7.5/10
>Tsushimamire - Ebihara Shinji
Kind of hard to find a non-live version of this song luckily the album was posted that had it on it.
I'm actually interested in the lyrics to this song since song is so upbeat but lyrics could mean several things.
Either way definitely a band I'm adding to my list to watch 9.5/10 Only reason not a 10/10 is singer is slightly lacking
guys, this is just the thread i've been looking for. Please Help:
Help me find this song, its called 'Paris'
its a mellow, soothing sounding semi-edm song, female singer, only lyrics i remember is as she says '*** ** *** in paris", then the bubbly beats afterwards
please help
is that Mileena?
not underrated, or really my thing at all, but this fits the criteria: youtube.com
Sorry i forgot to say its not the chainsmokers, it is a female singer tho, very soothing/breathy voice.
I still need help, maybe its called "in paris" or just "paris". artist may not be the female, but the dj who made it ft/ the female
ah, my bad, was just first instinct.
maybe try this? en.wikipedia.org
The man has talent when it comes to rap but the beat sucks and he doesn't really rap with it. Additionally he doesn't take breaks, I get it you are great at rapping and rapping very fast without fucking up at that. You have talent, but it doesn't make something pleasant to listen to.
The last minute when he was working with the beat instead of just going on non stop were much better.
6/10
>i delete my tweets cause I'm afraid of being a simpson
What the fuck is this suppose to mean even, urban dictionary and nowhere I looked pulled up anything.
Sounds like a poor mans version of Hopsin.
Just a collab of mediocrity that breeds more mediocrity 5/10
Why this man be looking like rasputin?
His voice isn't that interesting but the guitar he on point. First song wasn't that great but was interesting enough to look into a second song which was "You" a far superior song. "You don't know how lucky you are" I'm currently working on and it's also better. Felt like you linked one of his weakest songs.
That song 4.5/10
"You" 8/10 "You don't know how lucky you are" 6.5/10
So many of these songs are 6 minutes plus taking a while to go through them. I'll keep bumping thread till I listen to every single one of them though, that or let thread die and then listen to them by myself.
One or the other
This song tells a story and it's great.
Good instrumentals, Good lyrics, Good voice
10/10 Song made me feel cold
He puts an unnecessary amount of reverb in his voice, still good though. Emotions seemed weird on this one, I couldn't tell if it was mean to be sad or a happy song. Maybe it's just a song about a guy facing death and then accepting it, at least thats how I perceived it.
Pretty good though didn't really have any high points, just lots of above average. 7/10
this is him
This is who?
10/10 Marriage Material
I don't think this guy knows what hes rapping about at the very least I have no fucking idea.
Guy has no sense of rhyme either, he is heavily emphasizing syllables to make some half rhymes work but it just turns out shit.
3/10
Went from mellow to a sudden spike and it spooked me
Was really chill though and quite enjoyable 7.5/10
I tried that, but this song is by some lesser know dj/artist of some sorts, and edm style people arent showing up on that list (unless i just didnt notice)
