why not just put out an ad. or put out a tweet ect giving just enough to entice. i'm sure you'll get some on the hook. then set up a private screening/interview to weed out the undesirables. also 800 to 1k sounds a bit high for what you seem to want. i'd say 400 hundred tops. try the low income areas of your town. people living in such places and strapped for cash will do things they might not normally do to get by.
