>Australian artist living in NY orchestrates rape representation project >The confronting scene was arranged and choreographed by the artist, but the ‘rape’ was unsimulated and carried out by a stranger who came to her home.
I'm genuinely struggling with this one and more than a bit confused now here Sup Forums,
is this just some arty-lefty looking for attention for gibsmedats for her latest "installation" >arranged and choreographed by the artist
or is this a woman who has entraped a man by inviting him into her home, having sex with him , filming it and calling it "rape" > but the ‘rape’ was unsimulated and carried out by a stranger who came to her home.
or was she actually raped and deserves to be treated like a victim?
Reposted (boards.Sup Forums.org/pol/thread/74597632/) due to "muh if you guys are looking for something to be angry, disenfranchised with and generally pissed off about" - here it it...

If you invite someone over to your house to secretly record them fucking you, then it's rape.
Levi Jackson
This. It's a classic "spider pretending to be fly" scenario.
Leo Gutierrez
Shit like this trivializes rape and demeans real victims. "She had a stranger..."; dude's white - I doubt it was a random stranger (let's be honest here, most rapes are done by minorities and Muslimes).
To answer your question, no it's not rape. She expected this to happen and wanted this to happen for her "art project": so by definition it is not rape. Rape is being forced into sexual acts you didn't consent and consequently having your dignity forcibly taken away from you; her doing this shit and calling it "rape" dishonors real victims.
Holy fuck, this legit pisses me off because she is by extension she's doing this for recognition and profit.
Leo Rodriguez
or, she was raped.
Jackson Butler
As was suggested in the other thread >I'm wondering if she had his consent to film. >If not wouldn't that constitute illegally releasing revenge porn?
But surely if it's "art" then you can slap a label on almost anything and call it so. I'm thinking about the movie they watch in Idiocracy for eg. Or Pisschrist or anything by Tracey Emin
>or, she was raped I think the words >orchestrate >arranged >choreographed kinda negate the claim that she was forcibly made to have sex against her will.
Jayden Rivera
>rape is bad okay guys i hope you get it now
NO FUCKING SHIT
Gavin Phillips
Same fag.
No, she wasn't. The fact that she expected (and by extension consented) to have sex with a "stranger" means it's not rape. She allowed this to happen so she can do her stupid art piece. Just because the dude was a "stranger" doesn't mean it was rape, what matters if consent was given which she did. If you think this is rape, then by the same logic every one-night hookup is rape and every time a hooker fucks a guy it's rape (for both parties in both scenarios).
Dylan Harris
>If you think this is rape, then by the same logic every one-night hookup is rape and every time a hooker fucks a guy it's rape (for both parties in both scenarios).
But it is though
Jack Rodriguez
anybody got the source vid?
Tyler Martin
no, you're just ignorant. she didn't want to have sex with him, she just wanted to get him on film fucking her. she never consented to having sex with him, only to filming him fucking her. just because she consented to filming him fucking her doesn't mean she wasn't raped.
Matthew Sanchez
Wait did she set up an art piece and then get raped by a random by coincidence? Or did she invite him over to force him to rape her? Cause the second is not possible. You can't be the victum and the motivator at least not conciously.
Eli Myers
She knew he was a rapist so she set up the cameras to catch him on film.
Jayden Ramirez
Also shouldn't instigating a fake rape for a project be pretty offensive to you know real victums.
Samuel Price
>But it is though Aside from the obv shitpost - explain, please with reasoning.
I looked for it on the site - just images.
>she never consented to having sex with him, only to filming him fucking her. ummmmm
Hunter Thomas
>ignorant
You're screaming at him, user. You're screaming in order to stop his freedom of speech. You scream to enforce your "screamocracy". It's only screaming, it's only noise though. Not complicated.
Jacob Cox
The statement is utter bullshit, and the very fact that the camera had to have been attached to the guy means that, at the very least, they agreed to have it done that way.
Fuck is this "total stranger" bullshit? Did she put an ad out on Craigslist looking for someone to come and wear a camera while fucking her?
And for fuck's sake >"The title Untitled ("are you ok bob?") refers to the first words that were spoken by me after the act, off-camera. 'bob' was the man's pseudonym, and the comment was unscripted"
How could this be construed as rape if the summary event ended in a conversation?
It's being shown in a museum, so I wouldn't expect access to the video anytime soon, unless you're in Australia.
Adam Young
How did she know he was a rapist and not tell the police? If she knew inviting him over would end up with his dick in her and she did it that's cocent. People have a right to change their mind but they do not have a right to pretend they are changing their mind and be believed. If she created a situation with the intent of provocing her own rape that isn't rape it's a women getting what she set out for.
Also what is her definition of rape. It's closer to the fact that she raped him she has the power here.
Chase Butler
>>she never consented to having sex with him, only to filming him fucking her. U get it like how porn is technically not prostitution.
Jayden Bell
Where is the video
Carter Butler
>U get it like how porn is technically not prostitution. people being paid to have sex ≠ prostitution What happens if you film a prostitute? Does she get paid more because she's now a porn actor?
>'Are you ok bob?' will be shown at the MARS gallery in Melbourne from May 19 to June 2.
I'd say as a guess, since it's here "artwork" it's probably sitting on her phone and the servers at the gallery.
Ryan King
Well can you go record it at the gallery and post it here? I want to see the bitcg get 'raped'
Logan Hall
Fortunately I don't live anywhere near Lelbourne, otherwise I would be more than happy to help.
Mason Martin
To me stranger = never met.
given this is apparently choreographed and I feel like most guys would nope the fuck out of a girl they had just met asking them to come over and film a fake rape.
My guess is she knew or knew of the bloke and there were more than a few conversations and possibly a more normal root before any of this happened. I think all the stranger stuff is just bs
Dominic Morgan
and since its only her face filmed she might not even have sex
Joseph Gray
This is also a good point, + sif some super sjw would invite a non vetted bloke over to do some fake rape.
Cooper Cox
>and since its only her face filmed she might not even have sex True, wouldn't be the first time either.
Would still be really interested to know if her showing the vid constitutes anything illegal if she doesn't have his consent.
Justin Sullivan
this kind of shit is why I stopped calling myself a feminism a couple of years ago and now a lot of my former friends don't talk to me anymore. Hell, my cousin doesn't even talk to me anymore.
I'm so disgusted with western women. I spent a year teaching English in Japan and even in that developed country the sexist shit that goes on is shocking by our standards. Women from Canada and the USA have no fucking clue how good we've got it over here. I feel ashamed for my gender.
Michael Kelly
>If you think this is rape, then by the same logic every one-night hookup is rape and every time a hooker fucks a guy it's rape
That's just it, though. That's the next claim feminazis will try to push. Because it's a claim they've already made before; that all sex is always rape.
Joseph Harris
It sucks at first because everyone turns away from you but it gets easier. All they did was prove how shallow and worthless they are.
Kayden Green
Why the fuck can people get loans for literally useless degrees?
Brayden Rivera
>tfw at the award ceremony for my mum's PhD there was a woman getting her PhD in "Klingon Language". I wish I was kidding - don't forget after you get your Masters you don't pay Austudy (ie. the govt foots the bill)
Isaac Campbell
>I feel ashamed for my gender. I honestly wouldn't - I'd be more ashamed as a human being. This sort of thing really just shows the level of depravity (esp. profiting from the pain and loss of dignity of victims of rape) that a person (regardless of gender) will plumb. Bear in mind that this woman has parents and probably siblings who are either proud of or repulsed by her choices in life. My point - altho a man my not have done this (the art installation at least) she's been around men who've acknowledged this and condoned it. Making it purely about gender cheapens the cost if that makes sense.
