Since a lot of Scots woud then become foreigners in England, they may have to stay in Scotland and maybe improve their home league by doing so....

Scotland leaving the UK would affect Scottish players and managers no more than it would affect Italian or French players and managers. It wouldn't exactly affect Scottish football either.

Yes, those who entered German soil unfortunately have the right to file a asylum application and if it gets approved they get to stay for 2 years (and then it can be extended of there's still a war in their country), but those are the rules of the Geneva convention, not the EU
