I haven't listened to much music since I graduated. Sup Forums are a bunch of pretentious faggots with shit taste. Tell me what new(ish) music you like Sup Forums, ideally with youtube links

>thinks Sup Forums has shit taste
>comes to Sup Forums
sheeit nigga nice digits, i like all three of these, used to listen to riff raff but hadn't heard of this one
hard to say, i'm kind of in a musical rut. I mostly like faster/heavier "dance"/club music, i dont even know if that makes sense as a description.

this was the kind of stuff i liked back in the day but i'm open to new suggestions
Sup Forums only likes death metal and edgy yoko ono-tier bs also w/e that one meme band is called deathgrips or w/e

youtube.com
my taste is probably shit but whatever i likes what i likes
that said, i'm browsing Sup Forums right now but i'm not seeing anything to prove me wrong tbh
Hasley - Gasoline came up on youtube autoplay for me a long time ago, good shit. forgot about it until now.
I like tech death.

Badlands is a pretty solid album all around, her newest one is alright but I don't think it's quite as good as the first even though it's got a couple really good tracks.
thanks m8, not too bad, like the first one in particular
this is not bad either thanks
idk why but after learning to play these kinds of songs i just lost interest in most metal-related genres, these were a bit entertaining for nostalgia though
>complains about Sup Forums's pretentiousness
>proceeds to listen to this
At work, chilling with this mix atm
thanks. RiFF RAFF is solid, that was off his album that dropped early this year I think. I'm gunna try to focus in on stuff I feel is more your vibe. I like a pretty broad range of music I think
>Passion Pit - Sleepyhead
youtu.be
>Odesza - Say My Name
youtu.be
>Kultur - Until Later
youtu.be
let me know if these are off-base at all, glad you liked the others

dancing in the moonlight destroyed. wow thats garbage and the mix is shit too. love how everyone tries to give credit as if adding a beat to a great song constitutes any originality or talent. midi snapped. such difficult
youtube.com
Watskys X Infinity album is really fuckin good IMO
I listen to everything but I still think songs with universal appeal represent the highest form of musical achievement

Currently my jam
I think both this and the original are very similar, the remix just has a different vibe to it. I like it a lot but can see why people wouldn't
Oh and granted, this is in Korean but holy shit this album by EPIK High is some good shit too.
All youve said is the original is so great, that it can be redone many ways and still be great. Both versions are still king harvest and no one else.
lmao suggest unpretentious stuff then Sup Forumsro
i like these, but if you have suggestions along the same lines only heavier/faster paced that would be great
honestly none of these are changing my mind, too memey
they had me until the super pop-y chorus part tbh
thanks, gives me a lot to browse through
Alright I'll try some heavier stuff
Rabbit Junk has a lot of great songs you might like
>WDKYMYAK
youtu.be
>Bubble
youtu.be
>February War
youtu.be
Mindless Self-Indulgence is similar
>It Doesn't Get Better
youtu.be
>What Do They Know
youtu.be
>I Hate Jimmy Paige
youtu.be
>too memey
The internet has ruined you.
rabbit junk is pretty weird but if you give it a try you might like it. February War is probably my fav.
ah fuck I forgot this one
>Precipice
youtu.be
maybe my actual fav over February War
I like Rabbit Junk, hadn't heard of them before, I also used to listen to MSI back in the day.
this one is pretty good too thanks
maybe i'm too old, I don't get the appeal
>Tell me what new(ish) music you like Sup Forums,
Good music... you have to go back user.
All good music is now old music.
that's what I was afraid of tbh, even just ok-tier pop music seems to have declined steeply in quality. I assumed/hoped I was just out of the loop and there was still listenable stuff being produced
that's awesome. Glad to help you find some music you like with Rabbit Junk. That's probably as much as I know without going into hard rock / metal from there. I'm gunna get some sleep. have a good one
also for the REAL refined musical pallete: youtu.be
thanks m8
I liked RL Grime, Metrik, Hopsin, and Black Rheno, thanks
There is, but it's not on the radio. It's kind of hard for people to recommend though since you haven't said what kind of music you like.
No worries annon.
You may like fred v and grafix also. Could post links but i really cbf
well, my taste is widely varying, but also picky. I don't really like anything that is too slow or ambient, I do like dance/what used to be "dubstep" though I realize it's kind of a dated term, and some rap as long as it's not super R&B or talentless
cool, I'll search for them
