After surviving World War 2, and escaping to Argentina in the aftermath of the war, Robot Hitler called in the Draco Reptilian Space Aliens in 1947 to destroy Washington D.C.
The plot was discovered by the Government which has an alliance with the Grey Alien Federation. They managed to shoot down the craft upon entry into the planet with the newly built ultra top secret micro wave ray beam emitter. This device threw the ship off course hundreds of miles.
The Draco Reptilians escaped their craft just before impact with teleportation, then assimilated into the Government by shape shifting.
