Ozzy Osbourne was pretty cool in the 70s. Black Sabbath is one of the best popular rock bands to ever exist. (Their albums with Dio are just as good).
His solo career with Randy Rhoads was pretty stellar. Randy is what made him good though. As soon as Rhoads died, Ozzy's coolness died too. Ever since, he's been a washed up, mediocre joke.
