Lone Wolf crazy old mixed-race white guy.

Praize Kek. The LONE WOLF always get's the job done right.

there is muzzle flash

It wasn't an ak. Like other threads want to claim.

That is not muzzle flash. The Mandalay Bay has 43 floors, and Paddock was on the 32nd floor.

Anyone? Im sure there's a couple btards here who've at least been around gunfire and heard automatic gunfire from a distance. CNN right now is really trying to force the idea that it came from 32 floors up. Not trusting that shit when its being shoved in viewers faces like theyre doing now..

The number 32 is very significant. Magic Johnson was number 32. What could this mean?

I have shot many Full Auto Weapons and from everything I have heard on the videos, it is a single weapon being fired. Sound like an AK rate of fire but I could be wrong.

Camera with flash left on? Maybe. .

The fire is too rapid to be a full auto AK or AR. It sounds to me like some kind of small caliber SMG like a 9 mil MP5 or something of the sort

at the beginning you can hear quite a delay between super sonic crack ( the first thing you hear) and the dispersion dampened gun shot so at least the shooter was relatively far away

I can confirm via listening to a radio while this was happening, police used explosives to enter 2 different hotel rooms in the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino on the 32nd floor and took 1 suspect down. They did say the room number as well but I was half asleep and forget it.

It's like shooting fish in a barrel (lol) from that height. Check out the Charles Whitman shooting for another example.

I should have said I work for a Class 3 firearms dealer. We shoot this stuff all the time. AK's, AR's and lots of sub guns. Even have a few belt fed weapons.

my guess would be a drum magazine or even a small machine gun like M60 or M240 because the first run seemed to be around 100 rounds and it took quite some time to reload

Very wrong ak would not slow down mid clip its a gas powered mod.

Right but, I know its impossible to tell a sense of direction with audio from a cell phone camera but what about distance? How far you think?

Why are you skeptical about the shooter's vantage point being on the 32nd floor?

NO WAY. This is not a Sub Gun. It is too slow for a full auto AR. My money is AK47 or AK74

at least 150-200m just from the sound

No way that flash is high enough according to msm. Don't trust them though

Hey man if you're shooting up las vegas from the ground you're doing it wrong, why wouldn't he be high up in a hotel room/balcony?

Just cause the distance on videosaudio dosnt sound right, but then again never heard automatic fire from a distance before so maybe someone here has

He had 8 guns

Thank you

...

That is well within the range of a standard autoloading rifle. Like you said from the video I can't tell where it is coming from but I see no reason not to believe that he was in that hotel.

Literally just reading that as that cop said it on cnn

The gun will be whatever cn fucking n wants regardless

At that distance the sound of the bullet exiting the gun (the usual *bang* you think of) will barely be audible. What you hear when downrange does sound a like what's in the videos- a small crack as each passing supersonic bullet make it's own small "sonic boom."

The police found out it is the 32nd floor because the fire alarm went off in the room which the gunman was firing from.

This is the rate of fire to me. I am around this stuff all the time. We broker this stuff.

Which video is everyone referring to?

Are no gun experts going to explain the slow down of recall mid clip

That image op posted seems so far away...do I know nothing about how powerful guns are or is that image misleading?

That def sounds like a match

But... it’s illegal to have guns in Las Vegas casinos. How come gun control didn’t work?!
In all seriousness, it is unlikely it was a registered full auto, last time one was used in a crime that I know of was the North Hollywood shootout in’97 and I think those were unregistered, illegal conversions.

It is very hard to judge that from the videos. I could be wrong but from my experience in dealing with these (shot one last week and testing one later today). This sounds like a 47 or 74. My money is on a 47.

Any cell phone vid going around fb or Twitter. Main news channels are playing it more than the Rodney king video..

Itt 12 year olds guess what weapon was used based on sound they heard recorded by a camera and then played through their shitty speakers compared to how guns sound in cod

Never missed a bear the gun in vegas exhausts after 20 rounds fucking cucks

He used a tommy gun

About 4 bullets hit before the first gunshot is heard. At 600 rpm -> 0.4sec per bullet thats about 0.4*385 ~ 190m... just a rough estimate

I really hope this is not an NFA weapon. That would be VERY bad. You can forget the HPA from passing now. Even tho suppressors had nothing to do with it.

The ak is much stronger and reliable compared to the gun used in vegas

Not even close

i meant 0.1s per bullet

AK platform rifles have a distinctive sound of fire.
You know, if you ever shot one in real life once you get enough good boy points.

I was just thinking the same thing

Good est.

He'll no not close.

100% right.

>memes

the loud uneven cracking noises are the bullets hitting the ground (probably mostly people). The softer and stable sound that echos after is the sound of the gun itself. They will be able to get a pretty accurate reconstruction of the firing by using triangulation from people's recordings. From getting a few people's vantage points, and timing the sound of the gunfire on their phones, they can figure out almost exactly where and when each bullet hit.

M60 on a bipod would be my guess.

Probably his squad weapon in Nam

Googlefag detected.

At least the country music stopped

Those are REALLY hard to find and cost (Legally) Crazy money. No the rate of fire is wrong too. Would have been much more rounds between reloading.

Nope NFA gun fag

Bullshit, the rate of fire was increasing and decreasing, my bet is on semi-auto being bump-fired.

Better guess than a goddamn ak.. it wasn't an ak niggers listen.

Best post so far.
>double-kek

Sadly

Not an M60

That young girl is hot. I hope she didn't die.

Finally some user has some goddamnit insight worth reading.

course you think its the best since you posted it yourself

The consensus is that there was no shooter and the concert goers all shot each other in panic with their legal concealed carry guns.

Kek.. you?

nope because it's NOT bullets hitting people it*s the supersonic crack of the bulltes

seconded im thinking 249 though?

The cracks you hear are from the crack of the bullets supersonic flight.

My guess is an AK47 with a drum or a larger belt fed such as an RPD.

It seems like it took a loooong time to swap drums out so thats why I mentioned belt fed.

that is my thought too - sounded like an MP5 to me....

I'm just glad someone's talking about the uneven recall. Slowing down mid clip

no that would be way faster. But my guess would be belt fed as it was 100 rounds and long reload time

Who the fuck is gonna drop that kind of money to go out like that.

Those things are heavy unreliable pigs. It would have been more advantagous to have a muzzle loader in that.

No, you cannot fire that long reliably with bump-fire.

Yes me. I shoot ALOT.

Ak my ass... I'm out

Its definitely a smaller round, 5.56 would be my first guess, as the rate of fire is a little faster than a 7.62 x 39 or 7.62 x 51 would be. Could someone link me a good video?

just listen to the rhythm of the firing, it's slowing down and speeding up irregularly, it is NOT an automatic weapon which would be consistent rate of fire, or at least so consistent you wouldn't be able to hear such a large difference in rate of fire like you hear in the source videos.

It was pretty obviously a bump-fired semi-auto.

You can if you've modified your stock/trigger

Note to self: disable fire alarm.

...

Yea bitch thats what it sounds like from that distance almost like a T H I C C ass clapping fast as fuck

Small pp detect

Shooter dipped the bullets in aids blood. All the wounded now have aids

They were just playing gunshot sounds from speakers. Actors in strategic places yelling and creating chaos.
It is an obvious hoax.

youtu.be/zrqSno35faU?t=113

some belt fed weapons have a lot of variation in rate of fire (MG42 und MG34 as example)

Well to be fair, if you're going to go out you probabaly really don't care about money anymore. Sell everything. Buy what you need, spend rest on good meal and a whore or drugs, go out with a bang.

No gunz detected

All I'm saying it wasn't an ak you think your the only American with a gun cabinet

Bet we find out what the gun was right now

Sure, but if I were to hazard a guess as to what would be used in a domestic terror attack in the dudes home city? Most likely a regular old semi-auto some extended mags, maybe a drum or two, give it a hair trigger and a bump-fire stock and bam, you've spent $3,000 instead of $20,000+ for a real MG.

Very nice setup. Hope we find out right now.

Thank you get these fags off the ak.

finally a good excuse to post this pic!

youtu.be/UVJHVqgXRVI

Are you guys fucking serious?

9mm would be roughly 1000fps out of that gun at 100 yards. Not gonna hear a crack like that dipshit.
