...seriously? boil water. when it's rolling turn it down to the lowest setting and add the rice. cover and let it cook for about 15 minutes. do not uncover until at least 10 minutes. you do not need to stir while it's cooking, leave it alone. you want about 2.5 parts water 1 part rice but it's not really an exact science.
