New Zealand also has elections next year, but that's pretty minor.
Camden Peterson
Wilders looks like he's going to get 35-40 seats out of 150, unless something big happens. He'll be the biggest by far as the other big parties are polling around 20 seats.
However, almost every single other party has gone on record saying they will not form a government under/with the PVV. Geert said there'll be a "revolt" if they sideline him if PVV wins. If they do sideline him, they'll need to form a broad coalition of at least 5 parties, not going to happen.
The only option is PVV + VVD + CDA but Geert nuked a similar government under VVD a couple years ago, so VVD and CDA will not want to repeat that.
Nathaniel Richardson
I won't vote for PVV though. They're cucks. I vote SGP. The only defenders of Christendom. Fuck Wilders and his homosexual pro lgbt anti-king Willy attidude.
Ayden Jackson
>DENK American tier sjw's+erdogan lovers have reached us
Adam King
Hmmm. My concern is that other parties WILL make a coalition just to deny him. I think the leaders in the EU are getting desperate.
Juan Richardson
Fuck of christcuck
Angel Rivera
For clarification:
VVD: Liberal right PvdA: Labour PVV: Wilders SP: Socialists CDA, ChristenUnie and SGP: christfags, in order from moderate to hardcore D66: europhile cucks PvdD: Animal rights lefties GroenLinks: Leftist green cuck party 50+: Boomer party DENK: Erdogan's AKP delegation
They'll try, but the current coalition of VVD and PvdA is having massive trouble staying together. These parties are reasonably centrist compared to PVV, GL, SP, PvdD etc. If a two party coalition has trouble staying together, imagine how fast a 5 party coalition will fail.
Ethan Cruz
Do you think NL could face sanctions if they elect Geert? He's pretty widely hated
Matthew Taylor
Don't put any hopes in PVV. They are not defenders of Christian values. The way they collectivized their standpoints, it is impossible to form a coalition.
Geert Wilders is a giant zionist who has hijacked the rightwing. The party gets funding from the Israeli government. They want to introduce a national holocaust remembrance day.
Odds of AfD gaining enough speed to win Germany next year?
Also, FN winning France? Probably likely to win the first round but I'm doubtful about them making it through the second round
Christopher Brooks
VVD liberal right my ass , they act more like cucks
Benjamin Sullivan
Your part of the reason why the Netherlands is dieing.
The SGP wants to restrict voting to male heads of households.
That simple thing will solve everything.
Universal suffrage is what is killing this continent.
Lincoln Green
Probably not. Most of his statements are taken WAY out of context in the MSM and there's only so much you can do with 40 seats. Dutch politics consists of finding compromise everywhere, he'll have to water down his policies a lot to get them passed.
Ryder Lee
Who cares? Anything they try to do, the EU can simply step in and say "nuh-uh" So long as a country surrenders its sovereignty to unelected foreign bureaucrats, its elected government is utterly meaningless. Join us. Get out of the EU, and make your politics relevant again.
This is why proportional vote systems are bullshit.
You have 10 parties that stand to win seats.
You end up with a completely ineffective government made up of a mess of 4+ political parties with the will of a damp rag. This is what the EU actually encourages to remove effective power from national governments.
FPTP may have many flaws, but at least it's capable of electing outright majorities in all but fringe cases.
Oliver Gonzalez
True. Did you see Zijlstra's "migration stop" plan?
>tfw he calls it a "stop" >still allow 15k per year >VVD
Christian Perry
La Pen has turned the party round massively and the most recent polls put her in the lead.
From the 14th of April La Pen is polling 30%
with Bruno Le Maire coming second at 18% for the UMP and Hollande at 15% for third. She'll only lose if the Left tactically votes; but if the situation continues to get worse; she'll keep increasing her support.
Juan Martin
But what if these countries left the EU? And, assuming a Brexit, the EU will be weaker anyway.
Ayden Walker
That's the main problem with proportional representation yeah, however it does mean someone can't hold the entire country by the balls for 4 years with 30% of the vote.
With FPTP we'd have been a labour-infested hellhole years ago.
Ian Nelson
Frauke Petry is doing really great things for the AfD as well, and are slowly creeping up the pools, Merkel is essentially relying on the support of the SPD voters and the centre right to keep her on top.
I can see the AfD pushing through to become at least the third largest part in the Bundestag by the general election.
I'd prefer voting to be restricted to taxpayers and landowners instead, though.
Also this. >tfw losing FPTP
Hudson Bennett
Are we starting to see a snowball effect Sup Forums? Because this is what I am hoping for. With each populist party winning in Europe, it might raise chances for others in other countries to get more votes.
James Howard
The Euro-scepticism among Europes mid-right is pretty well known; if we do pull out I can see it toppling or at least rolling back to the Common market.
Henry Butler
>I'd prefer voting to be restricted to taxpayers and landowners instead, though.
That would never happen; best to have an educated electorate than trying to reduce the franchise.
If you don't convince them at the hustings you'll be putting down a revolt in the streets.
Angel Anderson
Then power and glory to them. The EU will most likely collapse without Britain. Germany has a strong economy for, but they can't support it all alone, certainly not with the way their demographics are going. One way or another, we'll all be out of the EU soon enough, but it's safest to get out before it collapses.
Jaxson Gutierrez
I don't agree with that , aslong aheist women get a good childhood where they learn manners and values they could turn into respectable and intellectual civillians.
I agree with the fact that the Netherlands has gone soft through the years but that's more the fault of the feminism movement rather than atheism.
SGP will go too soft on the muslims and Europe. At the moment we need a government ruled by Wilders , untill a true right winged vvd politician stands up i'll vote for Geert.
Caleb Cox
Yeah definitley; I'm hoping HM stays around long enough so we can repair the break with the old commonwealth.
Because once she dies you guys are going to become a republic
Carson Nguyen
>tfw you have to wait for 2018 to see based Salvini win
Levi Rogers
I wouldn't be opposed to a technocracy or geniocracy either.
Benjamin Foster
Because of Fine Gaels light Euro-scepticism and the fact we own almost the entirity of Irish debt; we're going to have to negotiate with the Germans or the paddies are going to have to come with us.
Germany can't fill it's £8000 million hole overnight. The Paddies were almost rioting over water charges for fucks sake.
Connor Stewart
Thoughts on VNL?
Wyatt Taylor
Cordon sanitaire will happen
Zachary Campbell
Haven't heard much about them. Could you explain their political view?
Only thing i heared was that they cucked bram.
Isaiah Kelly
The problem I have with many "ocracies" wether it be Metirocracy or technocracy is the impractically in creating a system that wouldn't simply restort to a twist oligarchic bureacracy,
I think indirect democracy with a impartial head of state is by far the best system we have.
Nathaniel Long
Its gonna be the bomb
Asher Scott
What are the polls looking like anyway? Ive seen that meme Boris lend his support to brexit, but then again some "celebs" like that Cucumberbitch guy said UK should stay in
Ethan Cox
Do continentals actually take those silly EU elections seriously?
Elijah Morris
Anti islam and classical liberal Pro israel
Aiden Sanchez
>once she dies, you guys are going to become a republic.
Interesting thought. It's really too hard to tell at this point, because I just don't know what will happen when the Queen does die.
A lot of people in NZ still adore Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, because even if you don't specifically like her, she hasn't really done anything to make you dislike her, and so no-one really does.
But once the next-in-line ascends to the throne, people will have mixed feelings. They'll also be in shock at QEII passing away.
Our current government, National, is pro-republic (hence the flag referendum), but we also have elections next year, and while I think National will remain in power for a 4th term, I'm not sure what Labour or NZ First (our populist party) think on the matter.
Ethan Phillips
Apparently, they call it classical liberalism and are a sister party of UKIP. Look up a couple interviews with Van Klaveren.
Basically they want a flat tax, more money to the military, police, harder stance on crime, less EU, less immigration.
Oh, and they want an aircraft carrier.
Colton Smith
Wasn't there some poll back in February 2015 (or this year) that showed PVV being more popular among women? Ending women's suffrage isn't going to help :l
Jayden Bailey
Sounds neat , but i doubt they'll even reach 10 seat next year.
Adam Lee
I think you will naturally go with Australia on the issue when it comes about; both major parties for the both of you are pro-republic and are waiting for the right time to call a referendum.
Connor Fisher
I live in east-Groningen, it's a communist infested hell hole, they all vote SP here.
When I look out of my window, the only thing I see is fat elderly riding mobility scooters, smoking cigarettes complaining about healthcare and their pensions.
Jayden King
They're looking terrible. Remain is running away with it.
Connor Campbell
It's always hard for new parties to get votes, and they're not in the media as much (yet) like DENK. I hope they'll be able to eat some seats off of the VVD.
Cameron Smith
Indeed.
It's a shame really. I like being part of the commonwealth, and I voted to keep our current flag.
Plus, a commonwealth trade agreement could be pretty cool.
Christian Reyes
Iceland will be voting this October, probably.
Michael King
Aboutaleb is going to become head of the PvdA. meaning all immigrants will vote for him. I think we will have a Muslim president in 10 years.
Asher Cox
Because of the fact you guys overthrew your head of state?
Yeah, Australia were supposed to have theirs next year too, but have moved it to this year.
So, will the Pirate Party get a majority in Iceland?
Levi Lewis
I feel you. Assen here.
I come from a socialist family (Pvda). But i somehow was able to deny their foolish views. Everyone around me has been cucked but i'm standing my ground.
Daniel Wilson
Wow, it's been four years of Flanby already?
Hunter Kelly
Either him or Asscher, who seems a bit more reasonable. Then again it's pvda so they'll probably go with the sandnigger
Noah Barnes
>AfD Seeks to atleast double their results from last time and maybe even triple. They will take place in the german parlimentary. >Le Pen Maybe she will get to the second round in the presidential election but after that everybody will vote for the anti Le Pen candidate. Just like they have for years >Geert Wilders Seems like he will have a better election than last time, but since he kinda made the last goverment fall i doubt they are likely to trust him again.
Iceland will be intressting and see if the Pirate Party actually takes power there and how that works out, also i hope FRP does okey in Norway since they are in goverment now.
Hmmm. Sweden, Finland and Hungary, too. You guys will be riding off the coattails of 2017's results.
Also,
>Russian Elections Putin wins again!
Christian Foster
>become a republic There's nothing to gain with Aus/NZ becoming republics really. It's better to be in the commonwealth as there are still cultural ties along with the rest. t. Relocated Australian
Dylan Perry
Why'd you move to NL? Also how? Was it easy getting a job?
Are you learning Dutch?
Parker Clark
Sometimes I ask myself that same question considering how eager the media and politicians want to sell the country out (though Aus isn't much better). Born dual national. Job market largely sucks.
Kayden Campbell
I don't think so the Independence party is doing better. The Pirates could take control with a coalition though.
Thomas Martinez
MLP have good chances to get on 2nd round, however she will never gets past 30% , because muh "darkest hours of our history"

>European election Literally the most unimportant election ever. Watch out for the elections in France and the one here if you care about european politics.

Are you referring to the Cordon Sanitaire I keep hearing about?

Asher Morgan
Kike Keys wants to become a republic so he can sell more land to the chinks... fuck john keys. Maoris will vote to keep the queen just like they voted to keep the flag.
Parker Taylor
Re-read the OP post. That's what I am referring to.
European country elections.
Luke Gonzalez
the darkest hours of your history all live in paris.

>and the one here kek pretty sure CDU/CSU will just keep in power with SPD again, sure AFD will join the parliament, but im pretty sure that the current goverment would rather invite the Greens before CDU/CSU would consider working together with AFD
Andrew Davis
I refer to WWII, Vichy regime and collaborators (despite former leftist president Mitterrand being a collabo himself)
Luis Price
Lol my bad
Depends on what happens with Turkey. Merkels fate pretty much depends on here deal with Erdogan, and that isn`t looking too good at the moment. Meanwhile, both politicans from the SPD and the CDU already said that they do not intend to continue with the grand coalition after the next election (for a varity of reasons), and the SPD looks like it could end up weaker than the AfD, especially if refugee numbers increase again.
Jayden Young
In the event of an AfD win, will Germany leave EU, and will it expel its refugees?
Noah Brown
There was a report somewhere by Daily Mail, Huffington or some shit like that. It said 60% of the youth favours Jobbik. 60% of the youth is what the west considers "far right" ( this is without muh evil fidesz and orbán)
Left is at 10% because of gyps and old commies. Greens are somewhat 1-2% because they support more or less controlled immigration and "humanity"
Feelsrightman
Christian Perez
Why the hell does Iceland have an article over Germany and France?
Alexander Richardson
>hey do not intend to continue with the grand coalition there really isnt any other choice, unless Merkel steps down and CDU/CSU gets a completly new leadership who dont mind having the support of AFD and giving them some policie changes. Continiuing the grand coalition would only result in a stronger AFD and Die Linke slowly growing on the behalf of SPD
>It said 60% of the youth favours Jobbik. Litterly Hitler Altough to be honest in Sweden, Fidez is considerd to be far-right. Its often said in Swedish media that Hungary is the perfect society for our nationalist party Sweden Democrats
Cameron Lee
Meanwhile in England, revealing your power level as a young person is saying you believe in immigration controls of any kind.
Just cuck our shit up
Carson Phillips
It's weird. In NZ, people don't seem to mind too much if you support NZ first, because they've been a party that has consistently gotten into government, and their leader, WINston Peters, is a funny cunt.
Jeremiah Young
How much will Norway's election results effect Sweden's?
Dominic Allen
Doesen't seem like most swedes give a shit about Norway, so not much.
Mason Carter
probably not much, altoguh if FRP is able to stay in goverment and not take to much of a loss, i guess media can stop crying about far-right parties loosing support as soon as they are in goverment, also it will be fun to see the butthurt if FRP stays in goverment
In the long run the Sweden Democrats wants a situation just like they have now in Norway, or atleast like one in Denmark
This says Labour is in power. In terms of following the right-wing populism, wouldn't you want the Progress Party to move forward?
Carter Mitchell
>This says Labour is in power Its not, FRP and Höyre is in goverment Also a party who sits in goverment is far more likely to go back then actually going forward
Angel Peterson
Oh I see what you are saying now.
Progress Party is in government because of the proportional system.
Are muslims in Sweden pushing it to the right?
Connor Gomez
>Progress Party is in government because of the proportional system. Yeah the 4 right-wing parties had more seats bascially >Are muslims in Sweden pushing it to the right? I dont know what that means, but last election the 3 left-wing parties recived 43% of the votes and the 4 right-wing parties (who have an alliance togheter and was in goverment between 2006-2014) recived 39% of the vote Sweden Democrats got almost 13% of the vote, and a small feminist party got 3,1% and didnt reach the 4% treashold
Tyler Bailey
So, was it the left wing parties in power that let in all of the muslims?
Alexander Sullivan
Dutchman here, Wilders has a chance to win the elections. It's not as adamant however as the current polls show. Doubt he will be able to form a government, though. He's ruined that a bit for him the last time.
Adrian Perez
>was it the left wing parties in power that let in all of the muslims? yes and no? Sweden has had a high asylum immigrant since the 90s bascially, but it escalated in early 2000s
Altough our current left-wing goverment (Socialdemocrats and Green Party) actually enforced border controls between Sweden and Denmark, so refugees cant just walk trough Denmark anymore to get to Sweden, i think they did the same thing to the German border, also they have put forward a program of more restrictive immigration laws that Sweden has had since 1989.
But that was only because last fall around 60 000 came during a short period of 3 months so they had no other choice.

Christian values are the source of all European problems tho
The values that are destroying Europe are not the pagan values of aggressive defense of one's honor, shows of strength, and storing of treasures for the future, that Jesus condemned as values of evil world-lovers
No, the values killing Europe are the christian values of pathological altruism, virtue signalling of sainthood, meekness and compassion, and a socialism that does not care about the future
You know, Sup Forums, Indians are against Muslims too. They have a violent history with them.
WWIII could be on the horizon, and it could be the world vs muslims.
Grayson Sanchez
Hope so. But the leftist would be against or with the muslims?
Jaxson Powell
The leftists will have to side with their countries. The traitors will desert and be killed in other countries.
Mind you, war is scary as fuck. Weapons are far more powerful than in WWII, especially Nuclear weapons.
Adam Rivera
If you get muzzies vs the rest of the world it'd be decided in a heartbeat. Arabs can't fight for shit. Now imagine USA, Russia, China on the same side of a war.
Ryan Nguyen
Yeah, but on the other side ; muslims are stupid as fuck, just look at the war in syria : they don't know how to handle a weapon and just scream Allah Akbar while shooting everywhere. They wouldn't have any worthwhile weapons, and as you said, the weapons we have kill really quickly compared to WW2. And imagine Russia, the USA, China etc. in a war, it'd be over in ten minutes mate.
