How many years did musCHAMP brings us to the promise land hmm?
>REMINDER
And return to irrelevance
Meanwhile Bama wins another natty or 2
>we
He is an FSU grad I think.
That makes it ok for people to do in college sports.
His tuition literally funded the team, and still does if he donates to the school.
I agree with this

22nd for go gators
so who here's team has the earliest spring game?
>tfw App is one of only 4 schools who don't do a spring game
Where my Navy, Ohio, and Miami bros at?

I'm Bizarro Harbaughlin
Hello
I'm regular Harbaughlin!
Don't let it die.
Save /cfb/
We will be back after /cbb/ dies post-NCAA Tournament
There is nothing worse than winter.
>tfw no more bowls to watch
>tfw people are fine with a 64 team basketball tournament
>but an 8 team football playoff is too much
>a 1 seed has never lost to a 16 seed
>they still play every season
>autists still argue having 6+ teams in a football playoff wouldn't result in any upsets
is any state more >JUST ???
Alabama
I made a quick mockup of a hypothetical 64-team CFP based on last season's final CBS 128 rankings.
Not an advocate of the idea - just thought it would be interesting for offseason discussion.
This sounds like a terrible idea. 64 teams is alot. Idaho vs. Washington would be a slaughter. Maybe 8 teams.
Of course it would be a slaughter, but that alone isnt a reason not to have a 64 team playoff.
(There are plenty of other reasons, but blowouts aren't one of them)
Pic related. From the current NCAA Tournament.
>of all the potential blowouts, he picks Idaho vs Washington
>"alot"
top kek. are you autistic?
Half my screen is blocked by things in my room piled up sorry I need to clean :(
Nah. Troy at least won their bowl game.
>BYU vs Utah round 1
truly this would be madness.
this.
People are completely fine with blowouts. That's why FCS teams go get slaughtered every season, and why 16 seeds still get to go to the NCAA tourney.
The REAL reason this is a bad idea is that:
1. it tacks on 6 extra games for the teams in the national championship - meaning they'll have played as many as TWENTY games in a season. Not healthy.
2. it's more difficult to have that many football games at the same location in such a short span of time like they do in basketball.
3. Financial concerns such as attendance/viewership for early rounds
well, 19 games at most. But still.
post cool /cfb/ helmets + uniforms
>pic related
This is my favorite Navy uniform
>objectively one of the best /cfb/ uniforms of all time
facts.
love the chrome helmets
>tfw only 5 different sets of uniforms in the past 110 years
Atleast the all-whites are nice
Miami's new unis are so crisp
For Michigan, simple is best.
It's not good when they try to recreate the zebra stripes, for instance.
Probably Michigan
>UM gets cucked by tOSU and FSU to close the season
>MSU decided to not field a football team
>All the Michigan MAC Schools lost their bowl games
I unironically love USF's wounded warrior project uniforms
Woah...
That's fucking sexy. I think I'm all in on this if they went out of their way to reduce the chances that rivals would play except in the Natty or a semifinal. So like OSU and Michigan would come out of separate sides, same for Bama and auburn and so on.
I can't imagine if this were real. I would be fucking useless for 6 weeks, id fail out of school and get fired from my job
Both are equally >JUST
but I'd give the JUSTed edge to Michigan, since they also got cucked by anOSU in The Game
even as a homer for usf i gotta admit im not too huge on it. i like the military appreciation uniforms the best
I think these are the crispest uniforms ever
Which one? Both OSU and Michigan have extremely Iconic and Recognizable jerseys dude I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!!!
the color balance is perfect.
Ohio State has had some seriously questionable uniforms in recent years, but those are nice.
Real talk. Why is everytime The state of Ohio is mentioned Michigan is brought up or Vice Versa?
Michigan and Ohio State is like ultimate state bad blood. It's programmed into their brains to associate with eachother. Kinda weird.
the rivalry. plus lots of similarities between the actual states.
Michigan and Ohio are the same state you literally can't prove me wrong
Virginia Tech's uniforms look great when they wear white pants. Love this one.
the helmets in that one were GOAT as well.
The "Fightin' Gobbler"
In reality, team with least injuries would win the natty.
>rust belt
>great lakes
>blue collar
>storied football tradition
>voted for Trump
shit you're right
I'd watch the shit out of this.
The problem is, it would take at least 6 weeks to complete (assuming 1 round per week)
In reality, you'd want to have bye weeks (maybe before the Sweet 16, Final 4 and the Natty) That pushes it up to 9 weeks.
So then, you have CFB season ending around mid-February.
Michigan and Ohio should get along. They're made for eachother. I'd ship it.
tOSU, friend.
Also a big fan of these but in scarlet.
I wish they would bring back the chrome helmet :(
Michigan X Ohio OTP desu
No seriously you can't tell them apart when you're there.
They are the same state
So do we all agree to Merge Ohio and Michigan into one super state?
tOSU fan here. Basically what said. It's just ingrained into who you are if you're from Ohio. If someone posts or says something about Michigan I literally cannot stop myself from shitting on Michigan in some capacity, it is always a rational move to me.
By schoolyard rules that means you have a crush on Michigan!
OHIO AND MICHIGAN SITTING IN A TREE
The MAC is just a daycare for their bastard children
pls stop
K I S S I N G
Why are Ohio and Michigan so in love with eachother?
Can we put to bed the "Michigan has a storied football history" meme. They have won half of a national championship since Harry Truman was president. I understand that they used to be great but so did Yale and Princeton
You guys are bullies I'm going to bed.
But I will concede that the relationship is basically like whatever Heath Ledger says at the end of batman, both rely on the existence of the other or life be boring af. In sum, I love hating Michigan
History has existed since the dawn of time and if Michigan killed niggas in 1600's for 30 years and have been ok for the rest that's still history
>I love Michigan
Awwwww
>based of the south carolina gamecocks logo
absolutely disgusting
So when is Kraken and Harbaughlin having a love child?
This thread is alive and well
Top this.
Protip: you fucking can't
hope you have some buckets handy
It's march lads, shouldn't you be focused on basketball?
>Chimping out every time a 9-foot center lobs a ball 2 inches into a hoop
Our next game isn't until tomorrow night. Beat Ole Miss and we play for the Nitty. It is weird to me how violently opposed cbb is to talking about the NIT though. It would be like if cfb lost its shit because someone wanted to talk about watching a bowl game.
It's the same reason we don't care about meaningless G5 bowl games. No one wants to watch the bush league.
I do watch those games though. It's football, which means that regardless of how awful the teams are or which obscure hamlet the bowl is staged in, it's still better than 99% of everything else on television in a given night.
But the Birmingham bowl was easily a top 5 this season

this is not a very important blog. i talk about me, work, and thats about it.
Good blog wyo.
Normally when people vent to me usually just say something to the effect of "damn, that sucks."
