We all saw those videos with the weird flashes coming from the tenth floor. Those flashes seemed synchronized with the bullets flying around the crowd. And everybody thought they were muzzle flashes.
The shooting starts at 3:12. But the flashes from the tenth floor can be seen at the very beginning of the video (building behind the scene, top of the right edge), way before the murders start.
Therefore, those lights are NOT linked to a second shooter.
Ammosexual trumpettes will have a hard time finding a better conspiracy theory to explain the gubmint set this up.

Who knows what it is, maybe destructive interference between a 60 Hz LED and the digital camera recording it, causing flashing not visible to the naked eye.
