Dinner: pulled chicken tacos (slow cooked with chipotles, crushed tomato, cumin, onion, garlic and oregano) with sour cream, avocado, cilantro and that awesome cooking juice blended into a hot sauce. Corn tortillas.

tomorrow I'll probably do some eggs and ham for breakfast, but I don't particularly have plans after that. I might do a protein smoothie with it since I didn't really eat a ton today.

Op here. Yeah man usually i do one meal a day during my eating window but there was pizza at the house after work and i lost it. Back on track tomorrow. I started I.F. at 270 im down to 255ish not much but its something.

Low carb, high fat, moderate protein according to activity. If you're exercising, your body will tell you if you need more protein.

Also intermediate fasting. Pick a 6 hour window to each all your food in. For me it's 8 am - 2 pm. And I do my exercise in the morning before breakfast.
