Any ultrasound techs / MDs / other specialists that can determine the age of this embryo/fetus?
The NP that did it estimated 16-18 weeks, but she isn't a specialist or anything. Can anyone confirm? Only have 2 images.
First one is of the feet. All fingers and toes were visible and it had a heart rate.

Forget the age test. Request an in-vitro genetic sample to determine the father. If they refuse, dare the bitch to have the baby. Then get a court order parental test. If it is not yours, walk away and let the single mom run to some asshole that fucked her while you were working your ass off while she betrayed you.
You need a scale and the images have to be flat. Usual method is to measure femur and cran dia. Any reason to doubt the tech?

The NP recommended getting another ultrasound with a specialist. She's going in tomorrow for another one. Just need to know if it's past 8 weeks honestly. Looks like it's well past it to me.
Need the ultrasound device to measure it, a specialist can't really say more, it's just an estimate based on expected lenght for age

Google up 8 week and 16 week ultra sound photos there should be a big difference between the two
But yeah normallly they will put a measurement between two points and can tell from that

Retain a lawyer. It's usually a small fee ($50 perhaps), and they'll write you a letterhead letter that they are representing you in this matter. Show it to the girl, and work from there. Tell her that she's fucked if she tries to pursue and you lawyer thinks your case is rock solid, but you just want to move on and that's all. DEFINITELY try to head this off before court.
