Did America win the Iraq war? I say yes because we took down the leader, destabilized the country, and put our oil contractors on the land. If we can honestly say we won WWI then I say we won the Iraq war.

>destabilized the country,
Weren't one of the later war-goals to create a stable democracy?

That's what we call the "liberal baiter" to get liberals motivated for our war. Fucking shit up is the one and only true goal of war and we accomplished the fuck out of that.

Iraq? Does that country even exist anymore? Kek.

Absolutely not. None of those things was worth our time, money, and lives. We need to gtfo and focus on rebuilding our on nation instead of propping up sand castle democracries in places that hate our entire existance.

>Burgers literally start war for no other reason than to destroy countries

Or we can just get rid of the people that hate our existence and keep building sweet sand castles. I think that's cool too.

Sometimes we do it because we're bored as well.

>Sup Forums likes to say "lel muslim countries are shit"
>1970s Iraq literally looked like white america in the 50s
>implying Saddam, a national socialist, wasnt a great leader

Yes, it does, it is the hub of the largest and most organized terror cell groups in the world. The iraq war led to the creation of isis and you cannot defend that without shitposting.

If the goal had only been to take down Saddam Hussein and his government, then mission accomplished very quickly. But the real goal was to set up a help restructure Iraq as a stable democracy. Mission… not accomplished.

What do I care about the creation of some angry mudshit tribe? Their country is still gone and will probably become partitioned off to different surrounding states as the wars continue.

Mission fucking accomplished, I say.

>Genociding Arabs as a part of colonial warfare
Never gonna happen, you will just end up with T*rks posting more pictures of dead American soldiers.

This. Better watch out Canada

So what? Bombing them for being sandniggers is a good enough reason for me. We waged war at eachother for thousands of years yet we're not shit countries.

Your politics are fucking weird, America. It´s been a long, long time since you were defeated militarily, yet it´s also been quite some time since you actually achieved the goals you set out to achieve.

Your politicians really don´t seem to know how to use your army to accomplish things which actually benefit your country.

>you will just end up with T*rks posting more pictures of dead American soldiers.
Oh no, what ever shall we do?? For every dead American there's at least 10 dead muzzies. Good odds I say.

It was completely illegal and un justified, but we did what we went there to do. Unfortunately, then we allowed a weak willed liberal to let the place implode into a radical power vaccuum. Thanks, Obama

But Iraq was less of a threat than isis is now. You cannot genuinely think it was worth the trillions of dollars.

We're crippled, we can't pull out the big guns unless we want the united nations breathing down our dicks for the rest of time. We could have Iraq in a day if we really wanted to.

The problem is that those Dead Muslims won't do anything for you, those Dead Americans will.
It's like trading pearls for corns of sand and then claim you gets the better of the deal since you gets more stuff.

ISIS is barely even a threat. Don't get fooled by the media, they're a bunch of nucucks with guns that like to make youtube videos. They are about as threatening as nigger gangs. Iraq under Saddam was a unified country with a strong and motivated military force that would do anything Saddam would tell them to do. They were not splintered or disorganized and spread thinly. That, to a country, is a greater threat.

Please take your ISIS is dangerous memes to reddit and 9gag.

We gained nothing from it though. No one won besides Israel and Saudi Arabia.

Not to mention huge military bases in a very strategic position between Syria and Iran.

They definitely fucked that up, but from the US perspective it's probably still a win since influence over an unstable shithole is better than no influence over an enemy state. It's the reason they're so keen on taking down ISIS, obviously not for moral reasons but because they can't get influence over ISIS. Of course ISIS being religious nuts who release brutal execution videos means they've got a PR goldmine to get the public on board.

...

Well you guys got to kill some sandniggers. That is good enough in and of itself.

"The United States doesn't need to win wars. It needs to simply disrupt things so the other side can't build up sufficient strength to challenge it. On one level, the twenty-first century will see a series of confrontations involving lesser powers trying to build coalitions to control American behavior and the United States mounting military operations to disrupt them. The twenty-first century will see even more war than the twentieth century, but the wars will be much less catastrophic, because of both technological changes and the nature of the geopolitical challenge"

The whole point of the Iraq was was to destroy a regional power and to create a conflict betwen shias, sunnis and kurds.

You honestly can't say you won world war one. It was literally just Euros butt fucking each other and you just sent your men here to die for basically no reason. At least in WW2 you where attacked by the Japanese and nuked them.

Long term warfare demoralizes a nation. Our problem is starting wars for a moral purpose (minus the secret ones), but realizing after a few years it is not worth the time and money because we lack proper perspective on how to win a war. We think it only takes military strength and forget the spirtitual war you are also engaging with with the population. Middle east is a perfect example. It would take us less than a year to take over every country but it would take us generations to change their culture such that they dont fuck it back up when we leave.

The Germans did send the Zimmerman telegram though, for some weird fucking reason I can't understand.
>Hey, Kaiser, let piss of that sleeping giant by asking a country who just got out from a civil war for help!
