Haven't heard much from his more recent stuff. What post 1990 album would you recommend?
not but (thanks for recs btw)
I enjoy Another Day on Earth from his later works
(bonus: his collab with David Byrne for 2008's Everything That Happens Will Happen Today is pretty good too but more for the Byrne fans than the Eno fans I'd say.)

Small Craft on a Milk Sea (nonambient instrumental)

i can imagine this chart belonging to a true ploymath
Yeah I like Tram a lot, had to double check it wasn't on my chart because I could swear it was, going to sneak it in soon. Heavy black frame used to be my favorite but now for some reason every time I go back to listen to them i go for a kind of closure, maybe my life just sucks more. Really appreciate the recs, specially akai fusen, seems right up my alley, and kind of in the mood of what ive been listening to today, downloading both right now.
Thanks a lot for recs! Gonna check out everything
I am normie trash, please use your recs to improve me

you ever listened to Grim lems?
>how do i into 20th century classical
uhhhhhhh idk just listen to The Great Learning, you'll probably like that a lot
then listen to Delusion of the Fury and maybe some Parmegiani and the first Indeterminacy album and slowly ease into the more abstract side
it also helps a lot to read the philosophies behind a lot of the compositions. The Great Learning is extremely interesting, as is Aus Den Sieben Tagen or basically anything that Cage writes.
as for EAI/onkyo and ambient, how about:
Tetuzi Akiyama + Toshimaru Nakamura - Semi-Impressionism
The Azusa Plane - Where the Sands Turn to Gold
tram is so sad and comfortable at the same time, which weirdly makes it hit harder for me
haven't listened in so long though
and no problem!
