Allright you motherfuckers...

Allright you motherfuckers, I just snorted some meth to end a night at the casino because it was all I could get at the time, so I am chatty and I have knowledge to impart. AMA, I'm a successful energy consultant MBA from top school in Canada. Which of you fucks want some life advice?

Hmm I’ll pass

Advice: passing on unusual opportunities is generally a bad idea. Especially if the opportunity cost is zero (I'm assuming it is, if you're here)

Do you have any other education background than business?

How 2 become le rich xd

Life advice from someone who snorts meth? No thanks

Is it a good idea to study medicine in this day and age?
And what specialty do you recommend

BA, JD (juris doctor, LLB for you yanks) and MBA

I recommend the prison gang 'skulls with fedoras', they'll let you in.

Are you pure white?

No, I am arabic

Easiest way aside from inherited wealth is to optimize the best you can muster from these three factors: 1) potential to be high paying; 2) social connections and 3) minimal opportunity cost. Based on these factors, your best is actually to finish high school, probably get some sort of post-secondary and get an internship somewhere and become a company man. If you can get in and work your way up, these groups will often then pay for your post secondary stuff (Masters, Business specialization, etc). One of the worst strategies is to do what I did and go spend a ton on fancy education and HOPE you hit it big after you're in debt

Moreso at a casino and we finished up the drink and no more coke, and this was all someone had left. Advice: you're right it's not a habit to get into

>OP: "I snort meth then go blow money at casinos. Who wants life adivce from me?"

Fuck outta here with that dumb shit

Advice: Yes. Even if you are from a single payer system like mine (Canada) it is an easily transferable skill thats in demand in ever country which speeds immigration process. One of my close friends did medicine here in Canada, finished all that, moved to Tampa where he has specialized and he clears around half a million I think. I've never asked but he's clearly loaded beyond most people I know. He's also unmarried and 34

Advice: You'd be surprised how many successful people do "drugs" as scary as that word is for you. Obviously don't advertise it, but don't be a square if it comes up (like you right now, boner)

Advice: Milk this for all it's worth, especially if you are in North America. Easy suggestion: if you go into medicine, start the "Muslim Doctors Community" or some shit. Makes you look like a go-getter.

>I'm a successful MBA from top school in Canada
>robot enough to be on r9k
>pic related is OP

>robot enough to be on r9k
Its Sup Forums, but close enough
>pic related is OP
Ha, not far off.

I am planning on taking usmle and taking my specialty in USA then working there

Advice: don't know what any of that shit means, but if he means what I think it does (you have completed medical school in some other country, and now you intend to move to the US) then you should be sorted out.

So successful people choose a chemically-altered reality while staring at a machine with lights and sounds and watch themselves inserting these green bills that they have worked hard for their whole lives into a machine that takes them and never returns them? That is success to you?

Edit: Quotes around successful

kek, OP buttrekt

Hmmm...okay I can see where you are coming from, but I really hate these stuff

Advice: Drugs are fun and also often an easy way to get laid (not roofys you fuck, but hot girls often like doing a bit of coke or MDMA and that's your opener and reason for her and her friends to come back to your place. Also, in this day and age there is zero excuse not to have Viagra with you to deal with coke/mdma dick, but anyways im getting off topic). In short, yes loads of successful people drink, but I'm more of a craps man. Not really into slots. Also, no truly successful person works constantly. Only those who have failed in all other areas of life are like that.

Advice: you will hate lots of things you do in life, but starting or joining a social group is not one of them. Sure, you'll dread going to the first one, but this type of shit is never as bad (or as good) as you think. Maybe you can meet a Muslim hottie to marry

you'll be eaten up and spat back out

Advice: ... Not sure what you're getting at... enunciate your points clearer.

You sound like a very successful asslicker.

I don't get MDMA dick cause I'm not an Arab larping micropenis wannabe faggot.

Advice: You're not far off in the figurative sense. The big law, big business community is 80% insecure people who need to be the biggest swinging dick in the room at any given time. Us men of humble beginnings (myself) need to figuratively stroke those penises in order to get ahead. Sad really, but it's part of the job in many ways

whats your position/how do you feel about the minimum wage hike going up soon in Canada. I personally believe its a terrible idea that will cripple the Canadian economy

I make 14.25/hr CAD

> snorted meth
> night at the casino
> energy consultant

and you want us to ask you for life advice when yours is a fucking disaster?
fuck off, you retard canuk.

Getting a MsC in International Business in Finland, speak 4 languages, have worked in 3 countries already. Based on these specs, how fucked would I be if I tried to apply for a job over there. I'm not going to, but I am very curious.

Also, what is the pay starting/scaling like there? Energy tech field, not an engineer like I mentioned.

Advice: Being hostile and overreacting is not normally a good idea. Also, your bant game blows harder than a Hollywood wannabe on Harvey Weinstein's shrivelled cock.

I respect your honesty, I was expecting a different response. Sounds like a sad life though?

> whats your position
I'll leave it at project manager
> how do you feel about the minimum wage hike going up soon in Canada. I personally believe its a terrible idea that will cripple the Canadian economy
My understanding is that this is a provincial issue rather than a federal. I live in Alberta and I believe it is moving up to 15 gradually. I also believe mot of the controversy is in Ontario where Katheen fucking Wynne is scheduling it to be raised RAPIDLY, as in it goes up by 2 bucks an hour over night on Jan 1 2018, or something like that. I generally disagree with minimum wage increases, but I also disagree with bailouts and I hate the TFW program which is basically businesses skirting minmum wage obligations already

You aren't who you say you are. Post pic of a line, casino you're in, anything to PROVE you are not a easily triggered loser Arab micropenis having faggot who can't get it up on molly.

no

I'm in med school, second to last year. I've been lying to my family for three years about passing classes, they think I'm graduating this year. I still have 2 years to go. What should I do? Keep lying about having to take more classes or tell the truth, confess that I struggled with severe anxiety and depression (I started seeing a psych this year and now im medicated with antipsychotics, anti depressant and valium). Halp.
In b4 Seppuku.

Advice: Go to the US, not Canada. You sound like a hard worker, don't let that hard work go to waste by going to a place like Canada where your salary ceiling is around 50% lower, plus in all likelihood you will be taxed higher (unless you plan on going to NYC or LA, which actually taxes higher than anyhere in Canada)

I sell gambling Machines. Who knows maybe you just put more money into my pocket.

Do you have any investments? How much did you walk in with? How much did you walk out with?

> Sounds like a sad life though?
Advice: Part of the job (like any office environment, but on steroids). Sucks at first, but you must learn not to take your work home with you. Also, there are a lot of good things that make up for having to humour some fag for 10 minutes.

Advice: do not rock the hand that feeds

A few of my friends have moved to the states. I have not quite yet decided, I currently have the start of my career settled (permanent spot in a big energy corp in my field paying higher than the national average), my family is here and I do kind of value the social democracy system we have ongoing here. The system seems to work for now.

Then again, the pay in the states would be (potentially) fuckhueg.

Advice: What is the financial situation, most importantly are you (or your family) going into unsecured debt to pay for this? If so, accept the sunk costs and stop now. Don't just say, "I'm depressed, sorry". If you are suffering from mental health issues such that it is impacting your performance in school, stop now. Take a break. Tell our family you need a break and want to take a year off.

Put simply - Don't go into medical school if you don't want to. Accept the sunk costs. If you think you might want to go to medical school but you're struggling personally - stop and take a fucking break. Take a year or two off, sort yourself out. Decide then.

I play craps and blackjack, so probably not, but I would be happy to help an entrepreneur!

Advice: My investments are basically maxxing out my RRSP and TFSA every year (Canadian tax deferral instruments) and I have a very beneficial employee stock option plan with my employer which I also max out every year. I'm not a millionaire or anything, I'm salaried, so I don't really need an accountant to hawk money from me to put my money in mutual funds... I put half my Xmas every year into Canadian and US government bonds also. Nothing spectacular here.

23 dog walker/trainer love my job. Would love to make more money of course, I understand going to post secondary increases likelihood of the potential of making more money, (working towards becoming a Vet) but the way things are, and now Sears is going bust. Its gonna be extremely hard for people to find job in the very near future, plus on the business aspect employer dont want to pay higher wages, that would mean raising the cost of everything to make up for the hike, not to mention either laying off people or cutting their hours. Wynne and Trudeau are going to kill Canada

Advice:

> my family is here and I do kind of value the social democracy system we have ongoing here.

Then stay there. I have no family ( I have parents and a brother, but no wife or kids or anything) so money and experience are my primary considerations. If you have a family, you're relatively happy there, make decent money, why bother? Sounds like you're doing well.

No advice here, but:

> I understand going to post secondary increases likelihood of the potential of making more money, (working towards becoming a Vet)

Good for you. University of Guelph? Dated a vet for awhile..

> but the way things are, and now Sears is going bust. Its gonna be extremely hard for people to find job in the very near future, plus on the business aspect employer dont want to pay higher wages, that would mean raising the cost of everything to make up for the hike, not to mention either laying off people or cutting their hours. Wynne may be the most incompetent Premier in the history of Ontario. I lived under her reign of terror for awhile, and she is stupid as all hell. Ever read that article about her personal life? She's a fucking nutcasewho fucked her family up. Literally cucked her husband and father of children with another broad.

Just tell me how to invest a small amount of my money. I'm still young with money saved up and would love to put my money somewhere to sit and grow. All the mutual fund stuff confuses me.

>successful
>I just snorted some meth
choose one

Advice: Where do you live? If you are working age (let's say over 18) you should have some sort of tax avoidance instrument which is easy to set up with any major bank wherever you are. This lowers your taxable income. In Canada, these are called RRSPs and TSFAs. Where you are, I'm sure something must exist that saves you in tax, even if it is not a dividend-producing asset. That's still money, just not as sexy.

It's true many people who are sucessfull do drugs. But no sucessfull person does meth. A sucessfull person stops after they run out of coke not move on to harder drugs.

Crown casino ?

most likely University of Guelph

I dont know much about her personal life, Im just too distracted with what she is doing to the country .

Thanks for the chat bro, its a nice change from the usual shit posting here on Sup Forums

Advice: if you've done coke, you've done meth. Ask your dealer. If he denies cutting it with meth/speed, smile politely..

California

Advice:Get involved politically friend. I'm a card carrying Conservative Party member, and I don't know how old you are but from 19-25 it was one of the top 3 most fulfilling things I did. You make friends, get out and do shit, the conventions are a FUCKING laugh for young people and it's just sexy time and alcohol. It's really worth it. Of course, on top of that you meet the candidates, get a sense of ELECTIONEERING which differs greatly from policy. Canadians either don't care, or care only about policy, how to run an election and put asses in the seats is an in-demand art, plus those politicians might hook you up with a job (even in Canada it happens). This is federal, but do both if you want - federal and provincial (Ontario). Lord knows the PCs need the help. Can't believe the incompetence in that party...

Advice: Right, so if you're working you should go talk to a bank about your options. I could be wrong, but my understanding of the federal 401k is that it is a purely pension investment. In Canada, an RRSP is both pension and eligible for a down payment on your first house. This was a life saver for me (being able to defer taxes to build for a downpayment). I'm unaware if such an option exists in the US, but that's how I started - tax deferral instruments, not stock markets or any shit like that.
