That's already what freedom of speech is. It's the promise from the government to not persecute you for speaking out, not a promise to shield you from all consequences when you speak out. Can the government persecute me for offending somebody? In most cases, no. does the government need to protect me from the offended person taking action? Also no.

Freedom of speach does not necessarily entail insults, however when stating controversial political ideas, this includes feminism and trans-issues, laws regarding prostitution and sometimes fat-shaming since it is more and more becoming a political issue, the law protects everyone from losing econimic status, i.e. their job. Otherwise it would be a thought-crime and we'd be right back in hitler-times.

OP does not understand what freedom of speech is or why it is important. Freedom of speech means that the government, who is an organised body with a monopoly on force, cannot legally use that force to dictate what you may or may not say. It does not mean that you are free from the social consequences of the vile things you may choose to say.
