You can mod a ton of new styles/classes and builds into the game. But my personal favorite is sneak archer or dual spell sword

Nord or Orc Heavy Armor and 2 Handed. Only level up 2 skills that way your level is lower than if you were leveling up 5 or so skills simultaneously.

Its all pointless when you realise that none of the races has any influence on the build of the character, unless you're roleplaying.
Once you realise the trick of using alchemy to boost your smithing skills to use alchemy again and incorporate smithing, repeat ad nauseum.

how do I have fun in Skyrim? It's just too easy even on legendary. I played Oblivion on max difficulty and damn that was fun.
Skyrim decided not to go " overboard " with the difficulty like max diff Oblivion and that's lame. Feels so tame and predictable.
