whoever recommended me zero 7 - simple things the other day gotta say thats some good shit, i really liked the air vibes off it (which makes me realize my chart is really inaccurate cos moon safari is an all time fave but its not on there)

tf do you mean trve kvlt edition

+tycho
+flume

Please rate my chart and send recs.

don't like any of these
don't know what to rec
sorry bud

;-;

i see the smiths in there, do you like post punk?

Yeah, a little bit. I see their first album as more of a jangle pop album tho.

ah ok, nvm then

I mean, feel free to rec me post punk tho.

oh, my bad lol
My Dad Is Dead - Peace, Love & Murder
The Chameleons - Script of the Bridge
Killing Joke - Killing Joke

that feel when you are forced to lazypost because you couldn't give the slightest fuck about the charts above yourself

+ The pop group, unwound, drive like jehu
-Metallica

trve filth edition

fixed the image

Interesting how you like Jehu but don't like Metallica. For me, they are similar bands in different genres. Both favor long drawn out songs with impeccable song structuring. Luau is to Jehu what Disposable Heroes is to Metallica.

bumpo

++Persona, Art Angels, Purity Ring

Could you share lucy neville - lady, I'm only finding a trance song of the same name/singer

Someone else has a chart like this that is filled with even more female vocal centered music. I NEED that chart. Can you summon them to post?

Just go to the archive and search "pop" in the username field

jesus christ how is that tycho album your 3rd favorite album ever

it's such a nothing ever happening waste of time album

+lana
doors
+joy division
+cure

those albums arent in order because i'd be there all day arguing with myself over what i like more

and i like it because it's easy listening with good sound design, there isn't really anyone who sounds like him - you can tell a tycho song from a mile away. i like how a lot of it is done with real instruments rather than just entirely electronically based. i always felt that real instruments were limited in the sounds they could produce and that album proved me wrong.

Animus - Poems for the Aching
good taste
++Float Along, 2814
Madlib - Shades of Blue
Mogwai - Young Team
M83 - Dead Cities, Red Seas, Lost Ghosts
Circulatory System - s/t
definitely check out Pile - Dripping (especially the track The Jones)
+Peripheral Vision
check out They Might Be Giants

>definitely check out Pile - Dripping (especially the track The Jones)

Haven't made a chart for ages, please give me recs or any other attention

Heard it.
What are you talking about, bud? When's the last time you visited my profile? Also, I already am a meme.
*tips fedora*
Half of these I found on my own and have next to no ratings. What are you on about?

+haino (

I just visited your profile and these guys are right, you still have that cringy bio, no doubt why you are a meme

what's his rym?
also isn't rym down

rateyourmusic.com/~JamesCairns

you can tell he complains about being so much more intellectual than his peers

Y'know, I try to stay self-aware and all that shit, but I really have no idea what you're talking about. Aside from the "Certified #1 Montieboy" line, my bio isn't any different from anyone else's.

Hey cool, it's back up
I don't get that impression from his rym though. Tripfagging is dumb, but tripfags never last, so him having that attitude only matters as much as it actually amounts to, which is nothing.

Then again, RYM as a whole is fairly cringey anyways so maybe we're all in the same boat.

no ariana? >.<
ultravox
nice top 4

+seam, psychocandy, charm of the highway strip, talking heads, suicide
~kate bush, beat happening, throbbing gristle, joy division
