But my company (a swiss company that has basically already offered me the job and is paying me a really good salary) doesn't have open positions in those cities. you can get by with English easily in a major city in central-eastern Europe like Bratislava nowadays, just learn the basics of Slovak (your hellos, pleases and thank yous) to be polite, shopkeepers don't like it when you just go into English out of nowhere.
