God this thread is reminding me of stuff that's making my blood boil. If you're ever driving near a shithole of a town called Cortland in upstate NY slow down to the speed limit -5. They give out the 2nd most speeding tickets in the US.
They have a deal where 95% of the time they talk down a speeding ticked to a non moving violation. This is because if it's a speeding ticket, the Federal government gets the fine. If they talk it down to a non moving violation, the NY Highway Patrol splits the money with the town of Cortland.
So they're talking down my 85 in a 70 to JAYWALKING. You heard that right. I never got out of my car from NJ to Rochester, but somehow they're gonna lower my infraction to JAYWALKING, so they can get the money.
Plus, it was the end of the month, and I had out of state plates, so they knew I wouldn't fight it.
Anyway, I get that Sup Forums isn't my blog, just pissed as fuck.
