Except here's where you're wrong! Koikuchi soy sauce has wheat, but tamari soy sauce does not. There are many, many types of soy sauce in the world.

Tamari is made without any wheat at all. It tastes different, as it is a different type of soy sauce with a different history. It tastes good too.

Kikkoman isn't bad. I typically use both San-J and Kikkoman. Then again, I'm not a soy sauce pro, though I wish I was. There's five (or six, I forget) different types of Japanese soy sauce, but I've only had the two I mentioned in my previous post.
