That's all i listen to it for

I mean yeah but it's not his fault, dude was literally dying of cancer

Age played a factor too. I mean he was 69 and his voice was already getting week on The Next Day.

The vocals on Tis A Pity is better than anything from The Next Day tho

i think he used that to his advantage on this album, honestly

For this album/concept yeah, but if he didn't die and kept going his voice would have just kept getting worse.

yep

You Want It Darker was better than this

let me see you do better when you´re about to step in grave. you ungrateful spoiled little shit

Tis A Pity is one of the best Bowie tracks of all time. He goes all out and it's fantastic.

What was the peak of Bowie's vocal prowess?

Scary Monsters

I thought the lyrics on some of the songs were the weakest aspect of it. The title track, lazarus, and the last track have some good ones, but the rest can be a bit bad

Let's Dance desu

China Girl has huge vocals. Everything about that track is fucking beautiful, so melancholic. Everybody thinks it's shitty meme pop song, no. Way better than the Iggy version.

scary monsters probably

Station to Station

I think the songs Fantastic Voyage, Move On and Heroes

the weakest part is his immune system

This is the only Bowie album where he doesn't sound like a fucking goat

damn...

The songwriting is even weaker

>I Can't Give Everything Away
>better than Girl Loves Me, Sue and 'Tis lyrically
u wot m8, speciallt Girl Loves Me because he channels Anthony Burgess on that one with all the decadent 70s NY imagery he uses

What? I've never thought he sounded like a goat. What do you think is goatlike?

The mixing is pretty bad at times

Actually Bowie didn't know his cancer was terminal while recording Blackstar

Young Americans

I love the way he used the weakness of the vocals to his advantage. It fits the music perfectly.

sure but he still had cancer. that shit will suck all life and energy out of you, terminal or no.

Black Tie White Noise

This x a million. Fuck you OP. Bowie still sounded good on his deathbed, just maybe not as good as his prime.

>This is another Bowie album where he proves he sounds like the fucking GOAT
Fixed

No, they're interesting.

>lung cancer only affects you after you learn that it is terminal

Bowie:
>I'm really coughing up quite a lot of blood when I hit those notes but it's ok, at least I'm not 100% sure I'm about to die, therefore I sound great.

Are you some kind of cunt?

this shit is going to be the new 'john lennon beat his wife'

All of Scary Monsters desu but ESPECIALLY the first track where he is basically screaming his heart out

This. Its severely underrated.

Bowie was the weakest thing on the album because he had cancer and died.

Your mum had the weakest cunt, because it shat you out. Your dad had the wea- you'll never meet him to find out.

I unironically think this is one of his best albums

Bowie's vocals are the weakest part of his entire discography

What an awful opinion
