IIRC Ricky had worse luck that year, though I can't remember particular examples and have too many assignments due to bother looking into it (shouldn't be on /f1/ at all really).
Also, he's pulled off some nice moves and looks like he's got good raw pace, but I don't even personally rate Ricky as a GOAT. He's very good, but I reckon his stock got put mad-high because he came in and immediately started killing 'he's a GOAT guys, honest' Vettel. Thinking Merc sabotaged Lewlew is a bit silly more because it would require involve the thousands of staff there working together and tampering with his engines. But RB did their cheating out in the open, because they had huge potential gains, while risking the points in one race, of one No.2 driver. It was a bit outrageous and I felt bad for Ricky, but you can see the logic and fair play to them really.
