Earth Intruders is probably the best track on the album, though. I can't say Declare Independence is good. The rest of the album is too conventional by her standards but by all means good pop. Just not Björk-grade good pop

I think the simplicity and repetition of the track helps to amplify its intensity, and the lyrics are meant to hit directly where they're aiming, although I feel like lines like "make your own currency" and "make your own stamps" were a little too safe for how aggressive the song is supposed to be.
