this is one from when I started learning. obviously it sucks.
As I learned, I started using color picker and take the color of their lips, then use the smudge tool and shift + click to get a circle i like, then pick a slightly lighter color, and add a smaller circle, then finally a lighter color and repeat one smaller dot

it takes like 15minutes for each one for decent, its mainly just erase easy lines then literally smudge the skin until you get your boobs and add a filter
