I thought of that, but I can barely get around BSD
I want something more "User friendly"
Hurts to say that
Thay all are. just like apple they are immune to viruses etc
Tbh any Linux distro will do then. Just don't go for Slackware or Gentoo. You need some knowledge to make them secure.
LMAO
That's complete bullshit
youtu.be
Never tried either of them
Looked into Gentoo, looks like Arch for neckbeards
>tfw people still think apple is immune to viruses
>why would you want Unix for a fucking gui
Sir. Read a fucking article and OP, fix your faggotry
OP here
I need too fix that, the faggot police are after me.
UNIX is way more secure than Windows
Try Debian
>learn command line obviously
Ubuntu is a basic bitch for Unix but it works.
Good advice for OP. Its a start for you.
run tails in a vm on a kali usb bootable. use a vpn and https and never use wifi.
then kill yourself for being so new.
What?
I've always used a live Kali usb to use a encrypted VM of tails

Good idea
OpenSUSE
Create your own compiler newfag.
Fuck off for real.
Check em.
Redhat
Honestly, your distro doesn't make an enormous difference unless you're rewriting the filing system to make it harder for those not familiar with it to navigate. Most security comes down to a small selection of network monitoring software and personal vigilance/competence.
Who's trying to connect, when and how often? Are there automatic systems in place to block unsolicited connections? Are the ports secure? Are security credentials complex and changed regularly? Is there any software installed that you're not familiar with, or don't remember installing? Anything running in the tasklist that's unusual?
Honestly, when in doubt, keep secured physical copies of important files (tax returns, personal login credentials, shit like that) on a cd or thumb drive inside a combination safe, and if you suspect that your network is compromised, pull the ethernet and reinstall from scratch.

Sweet
real tips
This really helps A LOT, thanks

I'm a fag
>picking a distro based on GUI
...
idiot
It's not for me
With a GUI
Basically, no Arch, Gentoo etc etc
