What does Sup Forums's vegan population think about protein bread ?

what does Sup Forums's vegan population think about protein bread ?

i haven't yet fully taken the green pill but i drasticly reduced my intake of animal based proteins. i generally feel healthier and have an easier time falling asleep and waking up but i seriously have the feeling that i lack of diversity when it comes to my shopping list.
kinda have to eat beans the whole time because i work out a little bit. what can i consume to diversify my protein intake.
also what's the deal with rather exotic seafoods like shrimp or shellfish.

Man nutrition labels look weird in other countries.

...

someone already posted that picture. saved it. still looks like a bunch of fucking beans with an occasional nut to me. is tofu the only real alternative i have ?

If you're eating whole natural foods you won't need to worry about protein. Every plant has protein in it. If you're bodybuilding you would want edamame, seitan, tofu, nuts, etc.

youtube.com/watch?v=F3JzR14e7gw
This fucking took forever to find. Bookmark it.

>edamame, seitan
stuff like that is kinda exotic. i live in central europe and will have low a low income for the next decade i think. all that shit is expensive and hard to get if you dont order online.
what you say is that i could basicly survive and work out solely on the protein of like 2 sorts of beans?
also i bought some dried beans. now i learned i have to soak them for 6-8 hours and then cook for another 1 or 2. are you guys eating them fresh/raw out of the can/glass ? what, besides times are disadvantages and advantages of both methods ? thanks in advance !

Dude. Seitan is wheat gluten. You make it yourself for pennies.
Give that video a watch. It's long but it's dense with information. Your wallet will thank you.

...

saved the video, will watch later pal.
what about those dried beans tho ?

So pretty much the entire population of Sup Forums then? Fucking plant eating, malnourished shits.

You seem to have the right idea. Beans are great for protein and carbs. They're probably the cheapest protein if you wash/soak them yourself. I just throw them in water before work.
Canned beans are okay but they're a little expensive here in the US.

if only

Vegans have an average of 3 vitamin deficiencies. Meatcucks have an average of 8 vitamin deficiencies. Do your homework, kid.

I'd rather more vitamin deficiencies than have whatever brain deficiency that causes veganism.

There is no arguments that you will find against veganism. It's morally pure and will nourish your feeble body and brain.

Quite rich, not healthy in the long run though.

Oats + sliced banana + scoop of peanutbutter = best oatmeal

Healthy, especially if you add a spoon of honey

Most faggots get the dissolvable powder protein made from oats, thinking it's better.

Rice + Beans + Canned Tomatoes + Black Pepper = Easy Lunch

because of the high amount of fats ?

Because of the-english-word-i-don't-remember right now that causes the stomach to absorb it.
I'll post it as a reply to this, if I use the computer

protein bread = processed bread
stick with whole foods
veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, etc
also try using cronometer.com if you want to track your macros/micros

Starch

What's your ethical system?

youtu.be/y3-BX-jN_Ac

...

I don't want to avoid suffering and pain

Well then you're morally retarded and close-minded.

Why?

If you're a meatcuck and think eating a pig is different from eating your pet you should reconsider watching that video.

They are both fine to eat
What is it that creates moral value?

youtube.com/watch?v=Vgmjh7bh7Ks

pig tastes better, dogs would be more gamey and would also have less meat than a pig. soo yea thats pretty good ground to raise pigs instead of dogs for food.
killing dogs for food would be wierd since less and lower quality meat it would produce meaning more dog deaths to feed the population. ergo killing and eating pigs are the morally correct choice, as if we care about what dies anyway lol cuck

>morally correct choice
Learn what morality means.
>as if we care about what dies
Edgy.

How do you derive an ought from an is?

I always wondered is this a trap or a gril?

>processed
bad shit. what about those "protein noodles" like that brown spagettios? is that shit processed, too?

Try TVP.
Remember to diversify yo protein nigga.

Too bad gluten makes your dick fall off.

...

He's right tho.
If you had to pick one.

You don't have to pick one.
The veg lifestyle is healthier.

tfw you'll never have a caitlin in your bed
youtube.com/watch?v=8LGCG_Bd-XI

Is it a moral duty to make the choice that maximizes health?

...

So you don't have your own opinion then?

i just want to spent as much time as i can with my kids and grandkids. and my wife for that matter.

...

eat whatever the fuck you want, you're going to die anyway you know

What if my extra 8-10 years of average lifespan allows me to become a cybernetic young human, and you die and cease to exist? I will see the stars, traverse space in my cruiser, and upload porn directly to my brain.
I'll make sure to water your grave.

...

>what does Sup Forums's vegan population think about protein bread ?

And then there's these jerk offs with the vegan threads. Where did they come from? There are like three dozen of these threads a day.

They were probably just redpilled anons who were shown the path to purity.

the brain deficiency is called morality

OP here.
i ate a lot of meat in my life. i enjoyed every single bite of it.
my life sucked. i couldn't sleep very well and although i had muscles one couldnt see them due to my fatty belly. i am much better now and even my breast starts to come out under the fatlayer that once covered it. i sleep very well and am kinda cleaned up in my head. i havent even changed my eating habits for a whole month now and already feel a lot better. im not completely vegetarian or vegan or whatever.i eat a very small amount of lean meat like fish or chicken every few days, just never more than a mouthful. you know just for the taste, i really love meat. on a sidenote i really got into the science of spicing up meals nicely. it's amazing how beans can taste with the proper amount of pepper salt and other shit. almost like a steak.

These, vegan, retards, are everywhere nowadays.

Are you Christopher Walken or too braindead for proper comma usage?

OP, did you also eat a ton of processed carbohydrates? Or a lot of carbs in general?

Lean meat is considered healthy, but it's just that, lean. Fatty meat is better for you an far tastier and aside the vegan propaganda, it ain't unhealthy for you.

Anything with refined carbohydrates or refined oils is poison to you. Coincidentally, all fast food has this in it.

Anything made with sunflower oils or canola oils should not, be eaten by humans nor animals. Bad fats exist, and its all vegetable oil fats.

99% of meat is factory farmed. You're not eating healthy meat. You're eating meat of adolescent animals that are injected with chemicals, B12, and most of which have pneumonia before dying.
>bad fats
Kek. Books are hard.

Nice try vegan faggot, it was merely a trap to see if you dense idiots would point it out.

I am not surprised at all.

The answer is yes.
*tips fedora*

>rocessed carbohydrates
elaborate meatfriendo (judging others is gey). what exactly are processed carbs and how can i fight them ?

Maybe where you are from, don't generalize. You probably have no idea what is healthy and what isn't.

>injected chemicals and b12 and other stuff what happens with animal industry
Oh noes, bad stuff happens in the world, this means I shouldn't eat meat because some animals are mistreated!

Spinach is a leaf
Oatmeal is a grain
Flax seed is a seed
You still only see nuts and beans? Sorry there isn't something fashioned into a big bloody hamburger slapped on there to make things simple.

Dog tastes great when cooked well. Plenty of cultures eat dog for meat, and you can't play it off as "well they're barbarians" because they would say the same thing about some of the animals you eat.

Simple way to put it, most grain products. Excluding whole grain to a certain extent, in moderation.

Anything with added sugar.

Processed carbohydrates, more like refined actually. A more precise word for it.

...

Check'd. Fuck vegans.

...

>3/18
>three out of eighteen
opened my eyes

You're pathetic.

...

You're statistically lower intelligence, fatter, uglier, and already have cancer.

>vegan bullshit
Pic related, it's what you eat.

>my moral impurity shows through my appearance and malnourished mind
ftfy

Meat is disgusting and carcinogenic. Dairy is full of pus. Have fun with your diet of filth, morons.

checkt

>Fat person
What does fat person eat?
>Potatoes
How are these potatoes made?
>Deep fried
What are they deep fried in?
>Some cheap vegetable oil
What is the fatty drinking?
>Soda
What else is the fatty eating?
>Sandwich made with white flour
Is there anything healthy in the sandwich?
>Yes, the meat.

b-b-but spenpai... that is poo.. we d-d-do not eat poo..

>Be a young woman coming of age
>Google how to be healthy
>See vegan propaganda
>Am now vegan
>20 years later, mentally crippled by malnutritious diet
>At least I didn't kill animals
hurr durr

Except eating more than one cut of meat per day results in excess protein, which strains your kidneys and liver, and then turns into bodyfat.

Dairy bad and unnatural.

>Meat?

Nope, get your asses out of vegan biased propaganda.

i am pretty sure an omniviore is by definition a meat eater.
do you think meat eaters are persons that live on a solely meat based diet ?
that wouldnt work because your heart would fail. you wouldnt see your 18th birthday.

Daily reminder that vegetarianism/veganism has risen to 13% in the US and is projected to rise to 20% by 2022.
