I'll get a summer job at a firm that will pay $3.500 a week. Then after I graduate I'll start at a firm making 180k+bonus my first year, with substantial increases every yea after that.

>Also has PhD in mathematics with $200k side job

kek

You know it's fake because he thinks entry level law makes $3500 a week.

I'm actually a lawyer, real estate, and you'll find that your first couple of years you are making maybe 70-80k a year. Only after you've been at a firm for 7-10 years do you start seeing the 150-200k up.

>weekly pay
Who does that?

I love these threads because 90% of them are people somehow earning well over 2k a month so they say. As if everyone here is that successful. Come on now.

Make about anywhere from $500-$1000 a day. Usually work 6 days a week. I own a franchise.

Consultant. €50k/year.

dishie

i get about $650 most weeks.

2k a month is nothing. it;d say $5k per month is successful. especially after taxes

That's only about $13 USD before taxes. It's all relative to your location as well. I can live 'alright' making just barely over $15 an hour where I am but to someone in a 3rd world country they could probably live in a place twice as big.

>earning more than $24,000 a year is some kind of princely sum

I pity you.

Definitely if you live in the US in or near a city.

Rent here in south florida has done nothing but skyrocket in the past couple years meanwhile wages haven't moved a penny. Only way up is out.

Class cancelled today. People can go to good school and be successful and still like to fuck around on here.

I've got a masters, but no PhD. Surely not smart enough to do a PhD in Math, or else I wouldn't be in law school.

You went to a shit law school then. Go look up biglaw salaries in a major city. Summers get paid $3500 a week, first years get 180k.

E m t

979€ per week, system manager

To anyone making minimum wage in this thread.

Get some sort of license issued by the state to get a new job. You won't have student loan debt or years of school to achieve this and it will land you a new job that pays more quickly.

Try to get a government job, either local or county. They have the best benefits you're gonna find. Take an entry level job if you have to just to get in, a lot of them have internal only job listings that you won't be able to see/apply for if you're working the grill at McDicks.

I don't think you got the point of his post

Just always thought how strange it’d feel being at the helm going that fast in something that big that high up.

illegal ghost gun manufacturer on average 10000 a week for about 15 hours of work a week but as my income is representative of the amount of product i create i could easily make more

How do I get in touch. Totally not ATF

Not a CPL but a PPL here, flying doesnt really feel fast except during takeoff/landing. When you're over 2-3k up you don't get a sense of speed that much.

And most modern commercial flights are almost entirely auto pilot driven. The pilot rotates, wheels up, then engages AP and the AP continues the climb and path out unless ATC has some weird thing for them to do. Pilot doesnt take over hand controls again until they are lined up for landing. Everything between is just rotating knobs and settings altitudes, speeds, rate of climb/descent

I'm also a law student.

Everything he said about biglaw firms is objectively true. They do pay summers $3,500 a week, and 1 year associates do make 180k. That's just fact.

It's another question if he's telling the truth about actually having one of those jobs. But "You know it's fake because he thinks entry level law makes $3500 a week." is just ignorance. There are literally hundreds of biglaw firms who pay at or nearly at that rate.

If you were making 70-80k your first year as an actual lawyer, it means you went to a bad law school or ranked really low in your class.

Sub-surface welder.
Weekly pay - anything between $1000-2500.
Don't really get payed monthly or weekly, get paid per contract.

Yea sorry about that. Society has this romantic notion about being a commercial pilot that just doesn't exist anymore. Commercial pilots are glorified bus drivers and honestly the vast majority of them make around the same money. Starting out at a regional as a first officer, you'll be making between 15 and 25k a year US. Only really after 10 years do you get the seniority to move up to captain and start pushing over 50k.

Yea those big cushy jobs with major airlines at 200k exist but they are very rare, very hard to get and have tons and tons of competition. The airlines say there is a "pilot shortage" to try to get people to become pilots, but the reality is there is a pay shortage and no one wants to be a pilot at the pay they will make. That's all in addition to being close to 100-150k in debt after getting your training.

Contract work is where its at, work hard and do good work makes you more money, a lot better than milking the clock on hourly or getting raped by a salary position

I paint stuff for 70 euro a week, fml

Research analyst i get 340k yen a month

Agreed. I had monthly pay as a hired greenhorn but now I run solo with my mates so pay is a lot better.
It's so much better. Tons of more free time as well.
