OP here. We were thinking mostly about somehow import it to Europe and find a way to sell it here. However we have to deal with quite a lot of it, so we are thinking about better ways.

Europe is a good isea but America is still the biggest market for illicit narcotics. You should contract some engineers to build you submarines for smuggling, then establish contacts at the destination to facilitate unloading.
You need to establish a business that deals with a lot of cash flow. Your problem is that there are very few types of businesses you can launder cocaine money through without it looking suspicious as fuck. Money laundering is easy in principle but difficult in practice. You could simply ship the cash back to bogota but that's a metric fuckton of cash and would be difficult to move.
Any chemist worth his sodium can blend the cocaine with other things to hide detection and then it can be unblended on the receiving end.
Its not as profitable as it once was and isnt as acceptable to the local populations anymore. Opium farming in Afghanistan has overtaken coke by wide margins. Look up the stories of US soldiers in Afghanistan not only ignoring the opium farms, but protecting them. It also has a side benefit of selling the drugs in Europe instead of in the US

Well, I would begin by trying to think backwards. What do I need in order to set up a cocaine empire? Here's what you want to achieve.
The goal is to have reliable routes to smuggle cocaine/illegal goods, steady cash supply as well as clean money that can't be traced back to you and stored in offshore funds. You'd also want to diversify your income and routes - so you'd want to have access to different markets and different routes.
The first order of business is figuring out the logistics. How can you ship one ton of Cocaine without it getting caught? I would consider the following option which is to send it via ship containers. Why? Because the ports go mostly unchecked. They can't afford to search every container because it would slow down business and affect the economy so badly. So they only search containers they find suspicious. Different containers and different amounts. We don't want one container to get caught up and lose all of it in one smuggle. Clearly, you have to conceal your cocaine by transforming it into a liquid or hiding it.
The second order of business is to figure out a way to sell it. Now, this is the hard parts. Because this requires you to know someone who can distribute the cocaine on the street. You can't do this on your own because this will get you in trouble with competitors. So figure out a way to find someone who distributes cocaine in England preferably, since the cocaine business there is huge. Otherwise, you can always turn to the black market on the internet, i.e the deep webs and silk road.
Third order of business is figuring out how to launder your money. I'd recommend cryptocurrency, i.e you buy Bitcoin from someone with your cash, you turn that Bitcoin into Ethereum, you then launder the transactions by buying all sorts of cryptocurrencies and keep transferring them between wallets and then withdraw them. You've probably heard of the Silk Road. It's an infamous website that facilitated the black market. It was a decentralized network of people all selling their stuff and buying shit with Bitcoins. The owner got taken down, but a few other websites popped up after this.
I recommend you start researching about the new Silk Road websites that sell drugs online for the cryptocurrency. Once you've done this you only need to take care of the shipping and the money laundering. Which should be easy because of cryptocurrency. It's unregulated but it's fully transparent. The ledger, i.e the blockchain is completely open to anyone. This means anyone can look at transactions being done. This is why you should transact the crytocurrency you've attained through a round-robin chain scheme. Which essentially mean you break up the money into smaller amounts and transact to other accounts, and those accounts in turn do the same, and they keep doing so until they all come back to your final account.
I think there are some services that offer cryptocurrency laundering, but yeah I don't know if they are still available.

You can't control the whole supply chain, selling it is achieved when the coke is shipped. You get the contacts that will sell it wherever in the world, they pay you one part advance/one part after if really big quantities at once. Best bet is probably to ship to a distributor who will later split it.
About the transport, sea shipping is best but beware of the place you are sending from. They probably check a much larger % of containers from producing areas. Best is to find a destination where you will be able to pay the security easily and switch container, ship again but from a different destination. Something nice is if you can conceal your stuff within fruits or whatever from a know seller already. It will cost money though. Also I would not take too much time or energy concealing the shit, if they pick your container, more often than not you're fucked whatever you did. Losing 1 or 2 shipment out of 4/5 should be expected.
